Cleveland Steamer

Absolutely a fabulous job! Will definitely use them again.

We've utilized them a couple of times.

Very well, Prompt and reasonably priced

For a basic cleaning they were fine. My carpets weren't that dirty so I didn't have any issues. I was able to schedule the service at my convenience.

They were fine. I just think he could have probably done a little bit better job on the stairs.

They were fine. They were prompt, thorough, friendly and efficient. The workers were friendly; they just came in to do the job and they were on their way.

The original thing was like $90 for some much coverage and then I knew that I was going to be paying more because of hallways and stairs. So I think there was an additional $200. That one was an A. The first time everything seemed clean and fresh. This last time there was that one corner I saw they didn't do.

I used them twice. The first time I was extremely happy, the second time I was satisfied. For the last time I'd say B, the time before an A. I wasn't here my husband was. Overall they did it well but in the living room...I have a small French chair and I saw that when they did it, they obviously didn't move it to do around behind it because I saw that the cat had peed there. So that's where the got a B this last time.

The gentleman came promptly, got set up without problem, and completed the work quickly. He was able to remove several stains I had feared would be there forever, and he gave me a sense of the age and wear and tear on the carpets.

They were below average at best. I bought a groupon for three rooms of carpet cleaning(200 sf each). He was irritated when we told him we are using a groupon. He stated he makes no money off these deals. We wanted two rooms and a hallway done but because one room was slightly over 200 sf he said that counted as two rooms(all three areas were 500 sf combined) so the hallway would be extra. Will never use them again.

On the the date I purchased the carpet cleaning big deal, 6/20/16, I emailed Cleveland Steamer with my address and contact information, noting I wanted to set up a carpet cleaning appointment. I left a voice message at the phone number published on Angie's List's website on 6/23/16 and again on 6/28/16. On the message a mentioned my Angie's list purchase, name, contact information, and address. I never received a call back to schedule the cleaning appointment or an acknowledgement of my attempts to get an appointment at all. Angie's List is refunding my purchase as of 6/30/16.

Very pleasant! Dan from Cleveland Steamer called and let me know what time he would be there. He helped move stuff out of the way. He did a good job and was very professional. I would call them again.

My son had moved out so it was dirty. They were fine. They were not great. I think the girl I had was a temp and had not been in the business long. It was $69 for three rooms. It was very average. It took her two hours to do the job. I would use them again for small job I got.

Great. Easy to schedule, Very professional. We've used them before and they are always on time. We have 3 big dogs so lots of carpet odors. After the cleaning, everything smelled and looked brand new!

It went very well. I am going to use them again.

A cieling in one of the kids bedrooms fell. I had the cieling replaced and the room repainted. After the work was done we had them come out and steam clean the three bedrooms. The Main bedroom was empty of furniture and some of the stains were pretty bad. My wife commented the workers seemed very rushed and that although cleaning the room quite a few of the stains remained. The other two bedrooms had some of the larger furniture pieces remaining. They cleaned around the furniture and when I looked in the room under the one bed there were still "dust bunnies" present. They seemed to be more in a hurry to get out and complete the job than doing an effective one. The house did not feel as "clean" as I would have hoped after performing this service.

I would definitely recommend Cleveland Steamer to anyone wanted a quality carpet cleaning at a fair price. We have 3 large dogs and don't get our carpets cleaned often enough due to the cost. Cleveland Steamers did a great job and were very professional.

They were thorough and actually deodorized the carpets where our dogs sleep at no extra cost. Also got out several spots on the carpet in the bedroom and the hallway.

Dan was a real pro! From doing a great job on the carpets, to being on time, to calling prior to showing up, and being a great guy, Dan took care of business! I called Dan this past Sunday and left a message on his voice mail. He called me first thing Monday morning, and we set up a time for him to come out the following Wednesday (today). He said he would be here between 2:00 and 4:00 PM. At 1:25, Dan called and said he would be here in half an hour. He was right on time! He got in, worked his magic, and got out! Color me impressed. Nice job, Dan! Great service at an awesome price!

Dan was fantastic on the phone, and during scheduling. He came out the next morning first thing to tackle a big mess on my toy room carpet. He offered to spot clean the arm and back of the couch as well. He was wonderfully helpful and understanding of our sick child.

The technician was on time, courteous and was able to remove spots that I didn't think could be removed.

Cleveland Steamer did a fantastic job! We had tried to remove stains from our carpeting ourselves without luck. Cleveland Steamer came in and pre-treated the area, and then steam cleaned. Everything came out! Carpeting looks brand new! Very pleased with the job they did. I will definitely use them again! Thanks Cleveland Steamer!!

It went okay. When they got down here, they said, "Have you paid for this?" I said, "Yeah. I've paid for this." They said, "Well, you're going to owe more money because of the distance we've had to drive." I said, "No. I'm not paying any more money." They did let it go. It was a really good service. But after that experience, I'm probably not going to call them in to do it again. What I was interested in actually was to have dry chemical cleaning done. When I called and asked them about it, they said, "Yeah. That's what it is. Dry chemical cleaning." That's not what it was. It was steam cleaning. They said, "We only do chemical cleaning for offices." Why didn't they tell me that? I said to them, "Okay. Steam cleaning. I hope you guys use lots of suction so that it dries in a reasonable amount of time." The guys kind of shrugged their shoulders and on they went. They did a really thorough job of cleaning. So, I can't complain about that. It was pretty thorough cleaning. But, it also took a couple of days before everything dried out. Their response was very quick. The two people who showed up could have been the people who answered the phone, when I asked if it was dry chemical cleaning. Everybody in the entire organization should know exactly what the service was. The people taking the orders didn't know one variety of cleaning from another.
