Description of Work: Overall carpet looked good after cleaning, but noticed after they left that a few spots were missed and some places along walls next to baseboards were still dark where they didn't get close enough. Also, no cleanup of solution sprayed on adjoining tile floor.

Description of Work: No service was performed as provider said they couldn't perform service. They said my coupon did not work for a house not on a basement - however this was not on the coupon anywhere. I asked how much extra it would cost and was prepared to pay it, but the technician clearly didn't want to take the job and told me multiple times to request a refund. I have scheduled with another company. I'm also very disappointed with Angie's list that I have to wait for over a week for a refund when this refund request was due to the providing company refusing to perform the service, not due to an issue on my end. This was not a good first experience with Angie's list.
