Description of Work: Cleaned living room, dining room, hall and master bedroom. Went very well. They were on time. Pleasant. Original cost was $75 for living room, dining room and hall. I decided to add master bedroom. That was an additional $25. Carpet looked great. It is 20 yrs old. Dried quickly.

Description of Work: Prov;ider appeared in an unmarked van which did not identify the company. I left when service performed. After provider left, i realized he did not move the sofa or chairs to clean under them. |This has never been the case in the numerous times I have had my carpets cleaned in the past. You obviously get what you pay for.

Description of Work: Cleveland Steamer cleaned the carpets in my new home. Many of the high traffic areas are still very spotty and dirty. When asked about particular areas, I was told that nothing could be done about them. The carpet is 15 years old so I didn't expect it to look pristine, but I was disappointed in the quality of the service.
