Arthur was amazing at explaining exactly what was going on and easy to reach when we had questions after hours. Joe, Richard and David were all so amazing! They didn't mind the audience of my 11 month old, nor our 26lb mutt. They always communicated with me about what they were doing, what they needed and said good morning and goodbye everyday! We are completely in LOVE with our new bathroom! It was a COMPLETE REMODEL! The guys even found a piece of the Plain Dealer from 1950! Shows you that our bathroom was still original! We will 100% be recommending them to everyone and using them again in the future!!!"
