Kolat Construction

Installer was paid in full on March 27,2017 (Howard Hanna Realtors do not hold money for new septic systems in escrow.) New septic was not installed until May 23, 2017 after many, many calls. Contractor failed to return my calls. He did not come back to "power rake or seed" per the contract. I did that and submitted an invoice in the amount of $1000,00 for my labor, use of my tools and materials I purchased. It has not been paid to date. Then I find out after I get water in my basement, that he cut and crushed a pipe that connected my two downspouts. I had A to Z Plumbing coming out and place a camera down my downspouts and this is how I found the blockage. Cost me $240. I received an estimate from A to Z fo $1,527.97. Work still not done as of 8/28/2017. I contacted both of Kolat's insurance and bonding company and neither will pay for any of this and Robert Kolat has not called me to resolve this matter, so I am filing a claim against him in small claims court.
