pest control, chimney caps
 + 0 moreI have since learned from others in the community that I was way overcharged for the service I received. Would not use this company again.
Description of Work: I am a 76 year old who at the time just had moved here from Texas. I had no idea what pest control experience locally but had a giant springtime problem with large carpenter ants. I have a 2,000 square ft single story home. Owner came with a high-pressure sales person who convinced me that I needed a year-round treatment program with quarterly spraying for over $500. After hiring them, the owner did come back when I experienced more ants after the initial treatment - within 3 weeks. However, afterwards I had to contact the owner each time that a quarterly treatment was required - evidently no treatment scheduling on his part. The last fall treatment was never done. Admittedly, I had little need at that point.
