Description of Work: I love John Mason of Brookpark Handyman Professional Home Services. I have passed his name on to multiple friends and neighbors. He has repaired my rental property, and its usual urgent. I called him the first time (as there have been numerous since) for a bird in the house...a new vent needed to be put on the chimney to keep the birds out! John came out that day, brought the part and fixed the problem in two hours. His prices were great, too! My tenant felt comfortable with him. So, everytime we need work done, its John to the rescue. John also fixed all of our 'violations' on the rental to pass inspection. Once, again, he was prompt, did great work and was reasonable! This last month my husband ran out of energy and couldn't finish our shed project. John came out and gave us an estimate. Naturally, his price was right and his work even better. I trust him to work at my home without me being there. Doesn't that speak wonders?
