+ -1 moreThe quoted phone rate was honored when I came to the Penske Truck Rental facility. The sales agent went with me to the panel van so I could measure it relative to what I was moving. The sales agent was professional. For this one-day, two-way move, the agent allowed me to return the vehicle early the next morning, rather than bringing it back late at night.
Description of Work: Penske Truck Rental discussed types of vehicles for my moving situation. Quoted a good rate, including a AAA discount. I selected a panel van which was clean, inspected, and ready to go when I came for my January 12th pickup. The Penske sales agent was friendly and knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable with my particular one-day, two-way moving situation. This was the second time I've used Penske Truck Rental. I'd use Penske again if I have another move. And I recommend Penske to all who need professional help with moving.
