 + -1 moreOverall experience was horrible. We later realized how much we were overcharged for the job that was done. They had to come out and readjust the floor of the shower, because it had air pockets. The shower looks okay, but for the price, the quality of the product and the workmanship was definitely not worth it.
Description of Work: Removed existing shower stall, and installed new wall liners and new floor and faucet.

 + -1 moreTHE BOTTOM OF THE TUB INSERT WAS NOT FLUSH WITH THE BOTTOM OF THE TUB. THIS HAS CAUSED CRACKING AROUND THE TUB DRAIN. THE COMAPNY HAS BEEN OUT ONCE TO CORRECT THE ISSUE, BUT THE PROBLEM REMAINS.

 + -1 moreCUSTOM TUB LINER - INSTALLED WITH LINER FOR CEILING AND WALLS. IST TIME , HAD WRONG MEASUREMENTS. WHEN FINALLY INSTALLED, IT WAS DONE SLOPPILY. OWNER CAME OUT AND AGREED TO SEND ANOTHER PERSON WITH NEW INSTALLER. 2 PEOPLE CAME OUT AND THE WORK STILL WAS NOT DONE WELL. LEFT BATHROOM A MESS.
