Would not use this company in the future and would not recommend this company to anyone. I called and scheduled an appointment for exterior home painting estimate and was given a date and time. I left work in the middle of the day to be home for the appointment, and five minutes after the scheduled appointment John Neubert called me and said he had not left the office yet and asked if he could come in an hour. I let him know that I had left work to be home for the appointment with him and instead of apologizing he told me he was in a meeting that ran late and that no one told him I was leaving work to be there and that most people don't leave work to attend their appointments. Whether or not he knew I was leaving work is a moot point. We had a scheduled appointment and he choose not to attend. When I, a potential customer, am looking to spend thousands of dollars with your company some respect and common courtesy would go a long way.

NEVER SURE WHEN PAINTERS WOULD SHOW UP. FIRST DAY POWER WASHERS PULL FROM JOB BECAUSE THE DID NOT HAVE THE TOOLS THEY NEEDED. SOME DAYS THEY CALLED TO SAY THEY WOULD NOT SHOW UP. POOR COMMUNICATION BETWEEN PAINTERS AND MANAGEMENT. NEVER WORKED MORE THAN 9 AM TO 2 PM. MANY DAYS TO FINISH JOB. WORKERS NOT AWARE OF WHAT THE CONTRACT SAID. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Estimate went well. They were very responsive and the guy who came to estimate seemed knowledgable and articulate. The folder of material they left with me was very informative. Unfortunately they do not do things the way they describe in the material they leave you. I did not have them stain my deck afterall, as after I saw the quality of their painting I cancelled that part of the project. They were about a month behind schedule from the date on the contract and nobody called to tell me, I called them asking where they were. The painting was the worst I had ever seen. Not sure they even primed exterior wood that was replaced as I had to call back when they were finished asking if they were finished as raw wood was still showing in spots, they painted around my house numbers and also around cobb webs. Also there was paint on my siding in many places. They painted a plant in to my new replaced wood.I had talked to the owner by chance twice to fix things. The last time the guy came back and spent about 2 to 2 1/2 hours scrubbing dried paint off my siding until it got dark out. He apologized and said the ball was dropped on my project. He left me some paint and brushes as I said I would fix the areas myself which did not receive more than a dry brush of paint and an area in which a big chunk of paint was sticking out that i pulled off and will repaint. On one occasion when I talked to the owner he said these things happen sometime and he will fix and went on to tell me that his guys painted his house one time and left painters tape and missed things. To this I was surprised as it doesn't speak well that even the owner had problems. To be fair I could still have had them fixe the things I am going to fix with the paint they left but I've had enough. I realize it was not a big job and its hard to find people to do smaller jobs. If that was the case I would rather they passed on it.

Execution and end product we're extremely happy with. Unfortunately, lack of communication and miscommunication were catalysts for not having perfect score.

Please add a couple of ++ signs to our rating. They were GREAT!! Project was repainting of our Great Room (Living and Family combined), ceiling and walls. The job was done to perfection, with minimal disruption to our routine, and within the quoted estimate. We will definitely hire them for future work.

We were impressed with the quote and explained service. We reached out with questions on the quote, but no one contacted us back. We gave up and hired another company.

The work is very professional and the appearance is great. The painter was very polite and easy to have in the house for a week.

I was pleased with the work. Jonathan and Alex were on time and kept me informed as to what to expect each day. They took pride in the work that they did and did a good job of cleaning up each day. My house looks great.

They were very efficient and quick. The one worker even explained to me what they were using as a mold inhibitor and how they made sure it wouldn't effect my flowers and bushes. Great job!

The repainting took a few days due to it being aluminum siding and went well. There was some minor touchup that needed to be done, but it wasn’t an issue. Sales dept rep very knowledgeable, on time with promised dates. Painting was very good clean up and care of customer property. Was very good also.

The painter arrived and introduced themselves. They were prompt, counters, and quiet. They added some extra work which was needed for a section not bid on and gave us the cost below starting. They were neat, did not spill or drop paint & cleaned up after themselves!

Disappointed with the results. We had Neubert back out twice to correct underspray of our home. We hired a professional painter expecting them to guide and direct us in preparing the house for the job. We are greatly disappointed with the results. We wrote to Neubert expressing our concern and received no response.

The crew was polite, nice guys; however there were issues with the job. 1) the house needed a real second coat (they put one coat and thinly sprayed a "second" coat--only primed bare spots), the old color showed through. We had to ask for the second coat; otherwise, it would not have been done. 2) they painted our garage window shut; we have to pry it open. 3) they dinged two outside window sills--brand new windows. If you hire Neubert, keep a really good eye on them. When I called Neubert about our second coat concern, his answer was he gave us his best restoration guy. Restoration wasn't the problem--we have a normal wood house and just wanted it painted. Plus, I think Mr. Neubert or someone should have come out to see what was going on--they did not.

They did a good job. They did fine, they had all the supplies here, they did everything. We had a couple of issues, they came back and fixed them and took care of them. The price was competitive. It really brightened up the house. They got back to you right away. They use a lot of college kids, these guys know what they're doing. We've had them come out and look at stuff and give quotes.

Very well. They came on time, did a very good job and totally cleaned up. Very easy to work with for matching of stains and paints, and scheduling of work. This is the second time they have painted our house.

I did not have a good experience with this company. The initial estimate was an hourly rate. When I received the final invoice I found that they had charged me double what I expected. I called the company and was told at that time the the hourly rate was for "man-hours" and, since they sent two painters, they charged me double the quoted hourly rate. I'm very experienced at reading contracts, it's what I do 40 hours a week. I read the entire contact (which was only about a page long) and nowhere in the language did it state that the hourly rate was for man-hours and I was not told at the time the estimate was done. I also found that the number of hours billed had been "padded". I have a video camera at my front door so I knew exactly when the painters arrived and when they left and kept a detailed record of the time they spent working. The work itself was just Ok. They did not tape anything so there's paint on my windows which I was assured would be scraped off but was not. The painters did not behave professionally as I caught one of them urinating on my house. In the end I was able to work with the company on the bill and we did come up with a compromise on the amount due. However, due to the long list of issues I had with this company, I would not use them again or recommend them.
