Neubert Painting

Description of Work: They painted my aluminum siding, garage door, shutters and all trim, 3 different colors. They did a great job in the prep as well as the painting and cleaned up after themselves - left me no mess. They were careful of landscape plants and everything looks great. They were not the cheapest of the quotes I got buy I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality job.

Description of Work: They gave us an estimate to paint the exterior of our home, which included regular maintenance over 5 years following the original work. They were prompt and polite, but we decided another company would fit our need for this particular job. They are professional and I would certainly trust them with future paint jobs at our home. They have a good reputation in our neighborhood.

Description of Work: I had carpentry and painting done by them and both were entirely satisfactory. They were able to point out additional work to be done that I had missed.

Description of Work: They power washed, scraped, primed and painted the exterior of our house and detached garage. They were professional, conscientious and focused. The crew chief, Will, did an excellent job of explaining what they would be working on each day. We were very pleased with Neubert and would not hesitate to use them again.

The carpenter had done a lot of work, so that was primed and painted. All went very well. When I pointed out mistakes, they acted professional and took care of it all.

Description of Work: They painted and prepared the walls in our family room. They had to also remove some wallpaper backing by the stairs and into the family room. Everything was done in a day and a half. They were prompt and courteous and cleaned up everything before they left. My husband and I were very pleased with the end result and we will most definitely use them again.

Description of Work: This is the second time I have had Neubert stain the exterior of my house. It is in a 4 color scheme. Neubert did the majority of work and applied 3 of the the colors. The window trim I took on myself to save a few dollars and they were fine with that. Work consisted of staining a small craftsman style house and detached garage. Work was done over 3 days with a crew varying between 3 and 4 workers. It has been a couple years and stain has held up well. Neubert has and will inspect work over 3 years and make touch as required. Not the cheapest estimate I got for work but I was very satisfied with previous work they had done for me and continue to be so.

Description of Work: I called Neubert Painting for a quote to fix several small problems. Kyle Almodovar came to my house on 8/11/14 to review the areas. Initially he did not want to quote because he said the job was too small. I added another area to be fixed and Kyle agreed to assign the job under their "Painter for a Day" program. I also explained that I had several other larger jobs but I wanted to wait until next year to do those. I told Kyle that we are retired and very flexible on scheduling. We would be agreeable to being slipped into the schedule when he had an opening. We have not heard from Kyle since. | |Two months later I called the office on 10/6 to follow up. We are now into the fall and outside painting opportunities are difficult. I asked the company contact person to have Kyle call me. All I have is silence. | |I am not happy with the professionalism shown by this company. I would not recommend them to others based on my experience. | |By the way, Neubert's periodic mailer says "small jobs welcome". Neubert couldn't prove this by me!

Description of Work: Stained the outside of the house. First they power washed it. Then all prep work was done including covering all windows with film. Primer was used on the new fascia boards that made up the peaks. The house was then sprayed with stain and back brushed. Trim work was then done using two additional colors.
