They did an excellent job and were quick. They were neat and followed up very well.

He returned my call within a business day and told me that the old quote was still good but might be a little more. I asked him to give me some of the details that were in the old quote since I didn't have it any more and I wanted to do an apples to apples comparison with some other quotes. He said that a quote takes an hour to do and he would if I committed to them to do the work. I declined to make that commitment and asked for a copy of the original quote. He refused and intimated that I was just trying to get the quote to shop it around. I was a bit stunned that he didn't want the business and confused as to why getting other quotes was a bad thing. After a bit more back and forth (I even mentioned that I would have to comment on this on Angie's list) he was uncooperative and a bit rude and bullying, so I guess I won't be doing business with Neubert after all. If they are afraid of competitive quotes, I strongly suggest others doing business with them proceed with caution.

They started the job late, after the proposed completion date. The estimated time to complete entire job: eight to ten working days. The living room, sun room, and dining room were completed after 12-13 days. We agreed not to do the hallway due to our time constraints. Trim and windows were painted fairly well, but there was debris in the paint so there were bumps and irregularities primarily in the living room, but also in the other rooms and there were other issues with the quality of the work. I was told it was one of the best jobs they ever did, it was better than Neubert's house, and that any imperfections not visible from 5' are acceptable. It took two meetings to resolve, and they fixed most of the irregularities. The final paint job looks pretty good as far as detail work goes. However, the living room paint cracked after three months so they came out and fixed it. There have been some additional cracks so they will need to return again.

Neubert Painting does an excellent job that lasts. They have a 3-year warranty touchup service that is nice because the winter usually does some damage to certain trouble spots on the house. This is the second time we hired them for the outside; the paint job from the first time (6 years ago) lasted so well that they did not need to do the entire house this time. The only caution I would offer with Neubert is that, since it is a large company, you will end up repreating instructions or requests several times: first to the person who does the estimate, maybe again to the person who shows you colors, and absolutely again to the head of the painting crew. But if you communicate, the job is done well.

They always responded quickly. Friendly to deal with. Job was done in one day. There is a one-year warranty on the work which was one of the reasons why we chose them.

Really great about returning calls and giving an estimate, their price was just higher than we would have liked.

The estimate was accurate. We received a coupon flier after the quote which was honored. Everyone from the office to the painters were always pleasant and courteous. I was impressed with the fact that sample colors were painted on the house, to see before the actual refinishing. Some samples did indeed look very different once applied. The painters were in constant contact to inform us of the time of arrival, departure and work progress. Clean up was thorough. I have recommended this company to my friends. It was a very pleasant experience.

Very good! Had a little trouble at first, they didn't call back within the time I thought they should have, but otherwise very good experience. Very pleasant workers, cleaned up everything.

Nothing but praise! The work was well done, and they took care of anything that seemed to crop up that was not anticipated. They were extremely pleasant. Chris, the leader of the crew, was just outstanding. Everything in connection with these people was pleasant. All the material I was given before hand was very thorough in explaining what they were doing and why they were doing it. They really prepared the house beautifully for the paint job.

The five young men on the crew were most helpful and very efficient. They worked quietly and carefully protected shrubs, windows and even the brick veneer walls. They finished the work in a day and a half, and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. The paint job looks great! They even covered our cars with plastic to prevent splatter from the paint. They were very willing to help move furniture and flower pots before they started the work. Altogether, they ensured a very "pleasant" painting experience for us.

We're very pleased. The power wash crew came on a rainy Friday but worked right through it. The painters, Rob and Kyle started Wednesday but got rained out after masking most of the house. They sprayed everything but the porch Thursday, working a long day to get things done. A few hours Friday to get things done and cleaned up. The house looks great. Rob was very good at reviewing the days progress with me before they left. No radios, no smoking and clean at the end of each day, just as advertised.

They would not come evenings or weekends for estimate!

The salesmen and the workers were all pleasant and professional. There was a little bit of a communication issue because the crew changed during the course of the job and some information got garbled; I just needed to be sure I kept track of what was happening.

Was timely in coming out for an estimate and very honest. Wish we had the money to let this company perform the work. Price was higher than other estimates.

THEY WERE GOOD, PROFESSIONAL. IT TOOK ABOUT 4 DAYS TO DO ALL THE WORK. I WAS PRETTY MUCH SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING. THEY FORGOT TO TOUCH UP ON ONE SIDE, AND THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY TO FIX IT.

This provider has a good reputation, but I did not receive service of this degree. I felt I received service that was below my expectation given the price they charged per hour. The quality of their work is good, but they missed numerous little details which makes the job inappropriate for the price. My biggest disappointment was the fact that in almost every room they worked they moved furniture and scratched the floors, to my displeasure. In addition, they could have used their own common sense and extended beyond what I specifically asked for to some items that a reasonable person would have done. However, they did come back and fix some spots that I was unhappy with. I would not hire them again (specifically for interior work).

We were extremely pleased with the results. The touch up work blended in beautifully and the the kitchen and bath turned out exactly as we wanted it.
