The project went very well. Brian and Ryan were the painters who worked on the house. Since it was late in the painting season (2nd half of August), there were only 2 men available to work on my house each day. Brian and Ryan worked hard scraping the loose paint off the walls of the house and garage. They apologized for the work taking so long, however, I told them I wasn't in any hurry--I just wanted them to spend as much time as necessary prepping the siding on hour house so that the paint would stick. (It had been only 7 years since I had the house painted by another company and the paint was peeling off in many places.) Brian and Ryan cleaned up my property and their supplies very well at the end of each work day. They were polite and accommodating. I asked Brian and Rayn to look carefully at the exterior of my house as they worked to make sure I didn't need any repairs. Mr. John Neubert, the company's owner, has a carpenter on staff and the carpenter would be able to make repairs to the wood siding/shingles if needed before the painting was complete. I am gratified that one of the benefits that Mr. Neubert offers is that he will send one of his employees out each year for the next four years to see if I need any touch-ups.

Tom and Mike and the rest of the crew did an exceptional job. Tom was especially attentive to all of my questions and concerns, and was extremely accommodating. He arrived early and stayed late to assure that every detail was completed. His sunny demeanor made what could have been a stressful experience a true pleasure. Very professional, yet caring. Neubert's 4 year free touch-up service and continuing maintenance program convinced us to choose them to paint our house. Their finished product proves that we made the right decision!

It went better than expected. I was hesitant when I saw 2 college kids show up to paint. The young man that was the lead on the work was absolutely amazing. He was in constant communication with me and the job was completed on time. My house looks beautiful!

I had the exterior of my home painted. Mr. Neubert had told me at the time he came out that his prices are higher because he does not use college kids only professional painters. He does not just spray paint the house he acutally sprays then rolls it in etc. I decided to pay almost $2500 more than I had paid the previous time I had my home pained. ( It was only sprayed then and lasted about 6-7 years) The crew was unsupervised college kids!! I found one was using a metal brush trying to scrub the paint off my composite deck. He said he spilled some. I asked where were the tarps. They didn't use tarps and he was painting the underside of an overhang. He ruined my deck!!! plus there was paint allover it. I called Mr Neubert immediately to come and see what they were doing. He never responded but the supposed supervisor came out. After some very stressful conversations they finally agreed to replace my front deck. They were able to clean up most of the paint splattered on the back deck.. Moving ahead after the first year I started to notice things about the paint and how it was looking. The second year it was way worse and by year three it was wearing off, major color distortions and some bare spots. They do have a four year warranty. I waited until just after the winter to call. The co sent out a representative. Again you never see or hear from Mr. Neubert again!!! I never talked to him during the whole deck fiasco either. They wanted to take the paint to get tested. That was done. They finally agreed to repaint my house. The crew (again all kids no supervisor) came. Oh, after they had sent the power washer out to prep the house he asked who had previously painted my home. I said your company., He said that this was the worst paint job he ever saw. They did not arrive on time day one. I called after no show for two hours. Told they were held up at another job. I said a phone call would have been nice. They said they would arrive by one. Ok they didn't show up until 3. And only dropped off equipment Next day they started to paint. Left by 3. The next day they left at noon. I can't imagine painting a 3,000 square foot home in 1 1/2 days. Well they started to pack up I said you are not done. I said there are all kinds of missed spots. I called the guy I had dealt with. He said they were suppose to go over the property with me. I said no they didn't and if I hadn't stopped them they would have been gone. We did go over things and they were busy cleaning more paint up off the deck again no tarps. The used some chemical that left stains on my NEW deck that they installed. Then I looked they were gone. and half the work was not done. I called. He met the crew out there went over things with them. They started working. I left to run errands. I could not get back in time to go over it again. My husband let them leave and I still see some of the missed spots I told them three times about. In conclusion, I would never ever hire this company again. They are over priced, they don't protect the area they are working in, their overall work is very sloppy and doesn't last. The are not really professional in any area of painting as far as I can tell.

John Neubert has a very well organized and managed company. They are highly responsive and professional at all levels. The painting crew did a good job, cleaned up well, and was a pleasure for us to interact with. A supervisor came buy to check on progress during the job and at the end found several things that needed a little more work, thing that we would not have noticed.

Power wash was done in a very timely manner and the painters were scheduled quickly. They were polite and careful with the job. They were responsive to my concerns and did their best to honor them. They had some difficulty with equipment functioning and redid some of the work. I have received nothing but complements from the neighbors and the walkers and the dog walkers.

This company and it's employees are fantastic! The end results way exceeded our expectations. Their quality of work is amazing. The employees were prompt, friendly and very informative.

Estimator was very thorough in determining the work that needed to be done and the cost estimate was detailed. Carpentry work needed to be done before staining could begin and the carpenter did a very good job. Painting crew showed up when expected and did an excellent job on house. Crew leader kept us well informed on progress and made sure we were happy with the job.

We were thrilled with the daily communication from the crew! We were doubly thrilled that the crew actually works for John Neubert -- no subcontractors! The daily clean-up was great. The job was performed without disruption to our daily routine, also. We will definitely recommend them and use them again when the need arises.

My kitchen cabinets had originally been finished with what appears to be latex paint. I’m sure they looked great when they were installed, but the finish did not hold up well at all and they were in dire need of help. I did some research and shopped around. Neubert offers a service that no one else in this area does so far as I know: they apply the same white enamel factory finish that you would get with new cabinets. They were very professional — they kept me informed as to what was going to happen each day, showed up when they said they would, and left my home spotless each evening. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Neubert is not the cheapest company around, but the work they do is beyond excellent. They are courteous and professional, they show up when they say they will and communicate well every step of the way. And they stand by their work with a 4-year guarantee. I had had them do a couple other projects for me and was so impressed that, when it came time to paint the exterior of my house, I didn’t even bother getting estimates form anyone else.

They finished ahead of estimation, cleaned up beautifully, and the house looks great.

We wanted to have our cabinets painted but I was very hesitant. After seeing the work that Neubert Painting did at a friends house, we decided to get an estimate. Ron came to give us an estimate and explain what he would do, how long it would take, what type of warranty Neubert offered and even how long we should expect the paint smell to last, which was very minimal. We decided to go ahead with the project and we are so glad that we did. Ron was very efficient and the job was done in a very timely fashion. The painted finish is so perfect that you could never tell we had the cabinets painted. We can’t be more satisfied. We highly recommend Neubert.

I can not say enough about how pleased my wife and I are with the work done. It looks like we put in a new kitchen. The cabinets look fantastic - the finish appears as if it came straight from the factory. Ron Andregg, the lead man, is a true quality professional and he was very responsive to every question and need. His helper, Chris, did a great job as well. Everything was done per the schedule and involved very little disruption. I highly recommend using Neubert.

Our project was lead by Ron who was always very punctual and very easy to communicate with. We had our kitchen cabinets painted from oak to white and you would never guess they were even painted . The quality is factory finishined. The cabinets were very greasy and looked outdated. Our kitchen now looks brand new we have gotten so many compliments. We also had the majority of our interior painted and the work is very precise and neat . Very professional and high quality work.
