Neubert Painting

I don't recall any other contracting job that was scheduled and so precisely delivered on time. The quote was explained in detail and the painters (normally a crew of 3) were polite and professional. The job site was cleaned up every day. Several passers by commented on how much they liked the way the house looked and requested the name of the contractor.

Neubert painting sent out one crew to power wash the aluminum siding of a 25+ year old house. The siding was very chaulky and they did a wonderful job. The paint crew came out a few days later and removed the shutters and masked the windows. Over a two day period the painted the house with two coats of white paint. I pointed out to both crews the new spring flowers that I had planted in the flower beds and they were very careful, I did not have any damage to any of my landscaping. Both crews worked very hard and they took their time and did a wonderful job. I was pleased with the end result. I had a metal utility box attached to the house that was pretty rusty and although I wasn't expecting that to be painted, they painted it with a paint designed for rusted metal. Another thing I liked was the detailed plans and procedures that Neubert mailed out before the job began. It listed step by step what the process was and what each parties responsibilities were. I found this very helpful and if there were any questions or issues they were very accomodating.

We are very satisfied with them because they are very professional and they are doing a high quality job. They are very courteous, they weren?t pushy, and we?ve had no problems. We received a much lower quote but we didn?t think their services were anywhere near what Neubert Painting would provide. They are taking their time and preparing the surfaces well. I highly recommend them and we would definitely use them again.

Our experience with Neubert Painting was truly EXCELLENT! They are knowledgeable, honest, professional. The crew came on time, worked hard and well, cleaned up. The Crew Chief communicated well, was professional, polite, respectful. The project was very challenging. The went above and beyond for maximum, artistic results.

Owner showed up an hour late to give me an estimate to have the exterior of my house painted. He was very disrespectful and, based on my appearance, (I am a young guy) told me "I don't think you can afford me" before he even gave me a quote. He then quoted me $9000 to paint my house. Total waste of time and very unproffesional.

Neubert was excellent to deal with. I received a quote and had the work done in a matter of days. They were very professional and did a great job. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Neubert is a very professional company. The crew always arrived when they said they would. They were neat, polite, professional and hard working. It was hot but they didn't complain. They are very careful protecting the non- paint areas. They did an excellent job of cleaning up every day. The crew leader left a daily report and even called me with updates when I had to leave town for a few days. On our inital walkaround the crew leader suggested a few extra things they would do like paint the basketball pole when they painted the outside light fixture. They are very reponsive to questions or coments.

The crew consisted of very nice young men who were polite. They arrived on time and worked until 5-5:30 p.m. each day. One worker accidentally knocked over an azalea plant and the very next day replaced it with the same color, even planting and watering it. That part was good. However, not only did the crew paint over a new copper downspout, but they also painted over faucet handles. When we asked about whether or not the scraping was done thoroughly, we were assured it was. We also were not aware that the job was to be done with a paint sprayer which does not give the same coverage as a brush.The next summer, paint blisters appeared and some painters were dispatched to take care of any spots. Interestingly enough, they painted a lot of blistered spots, just not on the sides they had previously painted . It was apparent the paint didn't match, but they did it anyway. No one returned our call about the painted copper downspout, and now this year (2010) there are other spots appearing. For the amount of money spent and the reputation of the company, we expected much more. Maybe too much. Regardless, we have not recommended them to anyone.

We were guilty of getting quotes from only two other companies. We really liked the sales person who came to our house from Neubert. It was downhill after that. The painters were VERY YOUNG (my guess, fresh out of high school). Two years later when we had the house entirely painted, we learned that absolutely no caulking was done on the one side (painted by Neubert) with a few other details that a painter with average experience would have done. They also used gloss on the exterior which didn't match the other 3 sides of my house. In full disclosure - we just moved into the house and never had to deal with having a house get painted. We were also in the process of planning our wedding and had not time to make a big deal out of this with Neubert - again our fault. We've been completely educated on that by working with two other WONDERFUL companies. I would NEVER use this company again. They were expensive and didn't pay attention to detail.

John Neubert arranged to come on a Saturday afternoon. He arrived at the appointed time, on time. Mr. Neubert listened to our concerns and issues carefully and provided us with excellent advice. We ultimately decided to go a different direction, but he was helpful in persuading us that our alternative direction was appropriate for our property. We would definitely call Neubert Painting again should we need services his firm provides.

They were good, nice and neat. They came when they said they were going to come. We had absolutely no problems with them. I would use their services in the future too.

They were very professional, but the price was high. The estimate was for $3000 for painting a small house. It was much more than the other estimates that I had received. I will use them again in the future.

They did a fine job. The crews varied but overall I was pleased with the results. They were careful and fixed any minor issues that I brought up.

This company responded very quickly for a quotation. They began and finished the job shortly thereafter. They were timely and highly professional.

Every aspect of our experience with this company was excellent! We have a colonial with aluminum siding that was built in the mid 80's and was in need of an update. John came out within days of us calling for an estimate and walked us through everything that would be done. The painting team were professional, clean, and provided daily updates on the status of the project. Painting was completed within the time frame that was promised. Our neighbors have commented how great the house looks and we are extremely pleased with the work done and the finished look. I would highly recommend this company!

We were not happy with them. The work was sloppy. There was chipping within the first year or two. They came out and retouched it, but they shouldn't have had to do the retouching if it had been done properly.

It didn't go at all. They honestly told us that we would be better off doing the work ourselves rather than paying their fees to do a lot of prep work plus the painting.

It went very well, of course, there were places that needed to be touched up, but Adam took care of those right away. He even spotted some that I did not! i would use them again, maybe for the inside next time.

They come back every year to check and see how it is and they leave me a note. Their workmen were very friendly. I had bought the paint for the house and I even talked to the dealer and he knew of them and recommended them. I am going to have some redecorating done in the house and they are going to get preference. I am going to have them do some interior work now. I supplied the paint and they charged me for painting the house. They were very neat and didn't slop paint over everything and didn't damage anything. I don't like sloppy and Neubert is not sloppy. I can't say enough for them. They were very courteous. I am going to have them come back and rip off some wallpaper and paint.

They were conscientious of my home. They were on time and did a great job of cleaning up afterselves. I've worked with them many times and am very happy with the results. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Job went extremely well. I appreciated their punctuality and their attention to every detail from start to finish. They left the job site extremely clean- no paint shavings in my garden beds. Furthermore, they left the garden adjacent to the house undisturbed. Very professional.
