Neubert was very good about contacting, giving very thorough information. I was very really very impressed with what they were saying and offering. Neubert was a little bit more precise. Neurbert I would give an A+ only because I felt I have it right in front of me I had the contract I could see what they were saying. They are very professional. I also would say that it was not necessarily the less expensive route to go but sometimes you kind of have to look at the bigger picture. Neubert called said we are coming out this day this time. Little higher price but consider what they are saying they are going to do I think it is worth it. I really was impressed.

We originally called Neubert Painting to paint a large bay window with many panes that we didn't have the patience to paint. The painter, Jesse, was delightful -- very courteous and astute and efficient. At the same time that he did the painting, we were having some wood siding repaired and replaced on the outside of the house, so there was a lot of hammering going on. Jesse said that if the people who were replacing the siding did not intend to paint, he knew a painter who could do it. The siding company said they did not plan on painting, so the next day Jesse came back and painted all of the new siding.

Professional service. House looks great! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to repaint their home. Again, great job!

We had a large paint job with multiple rooms in multiple colors. The guys at Neubert were great, very nice and professional. They did a nice job and had a good attention to detail. They kept their work area clean and tidied up when they were done. My only negative is that the final cost came in a bit higher than I expected. I initially estimated the cost based on their "painter for a day rate" which was $350/day and included 2 gallons of paint. I will billed by the hour however. I'm not sure if it was because it was a large job. I was willing to pay the higher amount because they did a great job and I still felt it was worth it.

They do a good job. They come back. Their customer relations are good. They check on exterior painting, they check every year. They're very careful in working and neat. We're satisfied. They respond and they call and things like that. They're good enough anyway. The only thing I would say about them is they don't do special finishes in their interior work.

The crew of two were on time, and listened carefully to what we wanted done, including preparing a large spot on the cinderblock wall that had had some moisture damage and acquiring crown molding that was simple but with a big enough drop to cover some very messy areas between the top of the walls and the ceiling. Our home was owned previously by a very inadequate do-it-yourselfer, and the Neubert crew redid a sloppy piece of work at the top of the stairwell down to the basement. They did a very nice job - the room looks great for the first time in its life!! But they were also courteous and efficient, completing the work within the time agreed and cleaning up everything when they finished. The price was reasonable and within the estimate given. We have had Neubert Painting do some six or eight jobs for us - some big and some little - over the last 15 years or more. The quality of work and service have always been A+ and we wouldn't think of asking anyone else to do any painting for us!

Friends come over and awed by how improved my kitchen looks. Now I have to figure out how to keep it looking so good!

Arrived punctually and did a walk through of work that we wanted performed. Worked a complete eight hours under their Painter for a Day program. Charged a flat of $350 and offered to paint a ceiling in room of choice using their paint or provided two free gallons of paint if you supplied your own. Only complaint was that, without asking, they left two large garbage bags of plastic drop clothes and debris instead of taking it with them and went in and out of the house too many times for supplies.

It went very well. I will use this company again. They did all the work as described and were very courteous.

Neubert Painting workers were efficient, punctual and closely supervised by the job boss (David). There was one glitch, where one of the inexperienced crew members mistakenly sprayed a very thin - at first unnoticeable - film of paint on a basement window... Neubert's people came back to rectify that without a problem. They are not cheap and don't pretend to be, but you get what you pay for.

On time, great prep, good job. Actually charged less than the estimate, because it took less time than they thought. Worker was personable, professional and responsible. Have used Neubert before, and will use again. Not necessary the least expensive, but reasonable, and well worth the expense. Years ago they also did the exterior of our cedar-sided house, and with their annual maintenance, the job has continued to look superb.

This company was far, far superior to any I called and I called many! They were in same price range or only a tad higher than the others but they offered so much more. None of the others pointed out the mildew areas and discussed how they needed to be treated so as to not show through the paint. They provided detailed instructions for what we had to do to trim back any landscaping, they even provided quart samples of my 4 chosen paint colors and applied to house after power-washing to be sure I would like them, giving me time to change my mind if need be. They provided 12+ pages of local references which were listed alphabetically by city. I called 6 names on that list and all gave glowing reviews and said they would use them again. The sales rep stayed in touch via email and patiently answered all my many questions. Please Note: Many companies offer 2 coats of paint but that often means that as they spray, their hand goes to the right & then returns spraying to the left. Neubert did 1 coat at a time per side completely, did the next side while letting 1st side dry and then came back and did both sides again. We were able to make a smartphone list of small missed areas or areas of concern during the job & text it to the onsite painter who corrected the areas with skill and speed. We have a kennel attached to the back of our house & they were able to get into very tight spots to paint, leaving nothing undone. I cannot say enough about how great Neubert Painting Co. is! I highly recommend this company. Even if you were to find lower estimates I would suggest using Neubert as the company you will be most happy with.

The service was excellent. The painter arrived on time, told us we did not need to prime the walls which saved us three cans of paint. He was professional, quiet, and all work was precisely done. He cleaned up every day.

At the time of the estimate, the gentleman indicated that we needed some boards replaced on the house. The carpenter came out to review, but I never received an estimate and they had begun painting the house when I contacted Neubert again about the replacement boards. The carpenter replaced after the job was complete, and Neubert came back out and painted the replacement boards. They brought a sample color our for review and painted a board. The color was not satisfactory, so they took some chips from the house and matched the color exactly, no questions asked. They showed up as scheduled for painting, cleaned up, indicated when they were going for lunch, etc. They touched up the places that I felt were not completed up to standard, and had a supervisor come out to review any areas still in question. They were not the cheapest, but we felt the guarantee was worth the additional cost. Overall, we were pleased.

When contacted, they scheduled the appoitment that day. The arrival time and the interior painting process explained. George was the painter, he called 1/2 hour before arriving to inform of his arrival. Upon arrival, we spoke in great detail about the room, the condition and color selection. He went to his truck and returned with this amazing color wheel, he was so patient and offered suggestions to the right color combination. He did not rush me during the color selection process. He explained the time line and at the end of the first day he called and explained the next steps. The next day, he arrived on time and when finished, ( I had to go to work) he called and discussed everything, including offering some recommendations regarding loose tile he discovered. The will absolutely use this company again. The reason for Price rating of Good and not excellent is that I do not have a comparision.

Neubert Painting did a fine job on my house. They even gave me a discount on their price which I thought was very reasonable. The crew arrived on time, worked very diligently and thoroughly cleaned up all materials when they left. They guarantee their work and will come back to inspect the house for the next 4 years. They also cleaned my gutters. This is a very reputable local company and I highly recommend them to anyone needing quality work at a fair price.

Tony from Neubert painting showed up on schedule. He helped us select the paint and painted two bedrooms and one bathroom. One of the bedrooms was the size of a Master bedroom and had a border along the ceiling that was removed. The smaller bedroom was a dark color that we wanted painted white which ultimately took three coats of paint to properly hide the original color. The bathroom was wallpapered which had to be removed before painting. Tony completed all this work in 2 1/2 days. He removed the wallpaper, patched the walls before painting and painted the doors and trim. I was totally impressed with the job he did. He was very meticulous and cleaned up when finished. I am very happy with the result. I had used Neubert painting once before to paint the exterior of my house. I was completely satisfied then and I am completely satisfied now. I will be using them again in the future.

They did a great job! Every person on the crew was hard working, pleasant, and very responsive to any concerns we had. They returned to our house THREE TIMES to finish up the punch list and take care of spots our carpenters had repaired. I can't say enough about this company's customer care ethic. We first hired them years ago after watching one Neubert's hardworking crews at a neighbor's, and have always had a great experience. We will definitely use them in the future. Their four-year touch up service is amazing!

they did an excellent job of transforming the look of my home with a total change of color. Being aluminum sided, my hoe was hand and powerr wahed prior to painting and the finished job is tunning. They were extremely profesional and easy to work with. In fact, my wife changed colors twice, added door and trim work and they didn't even blink. They did everything we asked, cleaned up prior to leaving and followed up to make sure we werre satisied withh their work.

Very good proposal and excellent explanation of what they would be doing. It appears to be a good company with good proceses. Their price was about 40% higher than competitors with similar processes and I chose a lower cost supplier.

Start day was changed three times. Finally told they would be there noon on 7/19. I left work early to be there but they never showed. Called the office around 1:15 and they were surprised to hear that no one showed up yet. Received a call about a hour later from the crew foreman that they would be there around 3:15 to drop off their equipment. I asked if they are going to start painting and I was told no, they were just dropping off the equipment. Creew arrife about 3:30 and unloaded. I asked again about starting to paint since it was my understanding they worked until 5pm. I was told they didn't want to "mask" the house since it might rain. They would be back tomorrow to start, 9/20. It rained the next day so they did not start. Crew returned on Tuesday, 7/23, 8:45 and finally started. They must have went to lunch around 11:30 because I couldn't find them outside. They returned about a hour later. Soon after, I saw them moving ladders around but didn't think aything of it. Then the next thing I see out my front window is the the 2 painters getting into their car. I ran out and asked what was going on. I then felt that there was a slight drizzle. They said they couldn't paint in the rain. That they rang my doorbell but no one answered. I told them my bell was broken but they should have knock. They knew I was home. I couldn't believe they would walk off the job with out saying anything to me. Another day with very little progress. They returned on Wednesday 7/24 around 8:45. I left work at noon to check on the progress and thing were finally progressing. They did not finish that day but they said they should finish on Thursday 7/25. Left work early on Thursday only to be told that they ran out of paint. What?! Plus they had to leave early to attend a meeting at their office. Who pulls a crew off a job that is already behind? I told them I could not miss anymore time from work for this. They wanted me to just leave a check taped to the door for them the next day when they finished. I told them I wasn't paying until I inspected the job. I had to take time from my job to run home and look everythng over on Friday, 7/26 so that I could pay them. First, let me say that my house looks great. I do not have a problem with their skills as painters, but their customer service skills leaves alot to be desired. I spoke to the sales rep who I contracted with and he sited the weather as a big issue. I understand that we had alot of rain around this time but when the weather was good for painting, they didn't start on time or had to leave early or ran out of paint. Again, my house looks great but I would not recommend this company.

The company responded quickly to my request for a quote and sent a painter out who was what they call a "painter for a day". The painter worked very quickly, both inside and out. His work was excellent, he cleaned up after each project and was very professional.
