Annie was very friendly and very thorough in her work. She completed all that was requested and more and was aware that I was under the weather and was very kind to me. I would definitely recommend Annie to anyone who is in need of an excellent house cleaner.

I do not recommend this company. I hired A Touch of Anne as I needed a water line cleaned because water was not draining and was overflowing all over the floor. To start with he was 2 hours late for our appointment. Sam charged a high price to snake a drain and then left without confirming the problem was fixed. It was not. It took 2 days to get ahold of him as he was not returning calls. He finally confirmed he would be back on Saturday afternoon, and never showed up or called. I then tried to contact him numerous times on Saturday and again on Sunday. Monday I hired a different company to come and continue with the job he started. By the time he finally called back we made arrangements with the other company. He did not offer to refund any of the payment he accepted to fix a problem he did not fix. Very disappointed!

Sam was professional and very efficient. He came out the next day to estimate the job and completed the work the following day. I plan to use him again for other projects.
