 + -1 moreI am not sure that I used the Brookpark 1800. We live in 44122 and I called the 800 number for my first call. The 2 men who came did an excellent job. They were very efficient and worked very hard. They were willing to do whatever we need them to do. I plan on using them this spring for Part 2 and would recommend them highly. They removed about 1.5 trucks worth of "stuff." You are only charged for the amount of truck space you fill!

 + -1 moreThey did not totally remove the items, either from house or garage. Neither area was completely cleaned out. I found the team to be disorganized in their planning. When loading the truck, things were just thrown into the truck without maximizing space. They did not ask for my priorities. When I complained, they simply gave me a number to call. He did not make contact with his supervisor on my behalf, but simply gave me the number and left it up to me. They just wanted the money and to get out of there. I was not offered any discount when I called to complain. The service was not completed. I have yet to see my promised resolution.
Description of Work: They were hired to do a total removal of everything that was left after the sale of the house.
