I was very satisfied. They were very professional, they introduced themselves to me, shook my hand, and were very efficient. They didn't waste any time and had the job completed within 30 minutes and got rid of a lot of things for me.

I was able to schedule it for the next day. I was given a two hour window and told that the driver would call about 30 minutes before the start of my window to give me a more exact time. He did call and showed up exactly when he said he would. He even called me to confirm when they arrivied. They were able to lift and carry out everything. Some of this stuff was really heavy and hard to move down the curved flight of steps in the house. The guys remained calm and polite through it all. They were extremely courteous and very professional and did a great job. The pricing is based on how much space everything takes up in the truck and they went out of their way to smash it all in. Super satisfied with the service provided and I am rid of my junk!!! yay.

they were very careful in removing a kitchen table, lawn furniture and a umbrella stand on the patio. They were nice,professional and explained everything to ne.

We were selling a house from an estate and the buyers moved up the closing date-meaning we had 2 days to completely empty the house. We called 1-800-Got Junk and conveniently scheduled an appointment online. The morning of the service, the driver called me, explained that they were running late due to traffic, but would be there within the hour. He arrived within that time period, explained his rates and services that could be performed and he and his partner went to work. There turned out to be much more to be moved than either of us expected. He told us,and quot;no problem. I will go dump this truck and be back in an hour.and quot; He returned within the hour and removed another complete truckload. The workers also went out of their way to go into the attic and remove junk and boxes that were too much for us to move. The junk furniture was moved out of the house without banging or dinging any walls. The men also cleaned up broken glass and swept the garage floor before leaving. If not for their service, we would have never closed the house deal on time. They did an excellent job!
