We had a great experience. We had for a number of years endured constant clicking of our Wolf stove's burners when we turned them on and had been given a variety of reasons for the issue. One technician told us that it was due to the gauge of the gas pipes. A number of sources had said it was a polarity issue. Tony, who was certified Wolf and Subzero technician sent from Total Appliance, was the person who diagnosed it and fixed it. He also installed new igniters for our oven and broiler because we had trouble warming the oven and broiler. Tony showed up during the scheduled time slot. I had asked that the Total Appliance office call me at my office when the technician was leaving his prior appointment and they called me as promised. I did not have to sit at home all afternoon waiting. He was courteous, friendly, and very professional. If you have a Wolf stove and are having issues, I can tell you that our experience with Total Appliance and Tony was an excellent one.

Took twice to get a repair tech over. Very good tech, found problem with main refrigerator board. Decided not to repair unit based on cost. Paid fair amount for estimate and review of unit.

Total Appliance was wonderful. Very easy to deal with and very professional. I would use them again in the future and recommend them to family/friends.

They were quite good. The technician came out to look at the problem. Everything was as good as could be, and he let me know that I was missing a couple of gaskets. He explained very thoroughly to me that it wouldn't really be worth replacing the gaskets, because they would wear out again pretty quickly. So he said that I should plan for a new machine in the near future.

I called them back out, I was told the compressor was broke and that the Cost to replace it was around 700.00. Considering this amount was more expensive Than what the refrigerator was worth, we did not proceed. Why weren't we told this upfront before spending 300.00

They've been very reliable. I'm happy with them. They seem to know what they're doing.

The first visit was bad. The scheduling system they used was not at all accommodating-- they only scheduled their times the day before the visit, and no earlier. This made planning very difficult. When the first technician came, he looked at the cooktop but could not fix it. He charged me $154 just to tell me this. Then he looked at the oven and said he needed to replace the hinges in order to fix it. But after he did this, the door would still not close properly. He said that to see what the problem was he would need to do more work and that would be in the hundreds of dollars. My oven is 10 years old, so I figured maybe I'd just replace the oven now. But he had already charged me for parts and labor on the oven which would cost me over $200. And it wasn't fixed. He apologised for fixing nothing but charging me about $400 total. I was stunned and upset. I left a negative review on angeis list and the company called me to make it better. Stephanie worked with me and they sent a different technician out to fix the problems for free. I was impressed at this effort to make things right. I wish I could have avoided the initial unpleasantness, but the end result was good. The second technician was great.

I was very pleased with them, because of his recommendation I brought a new one because he said fixing it would have cost me allot of money. They saved me allot of money.

The experience was good. We were able to schedule an agreed upon date and time. The company showed up on time with the needed parts and expertise to diagnose and solve the problem.

Since I was serving dinner on the 24th, I asked for expedited service and my refrigerator was fixed on time.

We recently moved into the area, were concerned that our dishwasher was working properly. Total checked the operation of the machine, made sure there were on obstructions, educated us on getting the best performance from it. They also advised us on soaps that work best, etc. Very professional - right on time, cleaned up, no surprises and price as quoted. Will use them again and recommend them in a heartbeat.

When I called and made an appointment the receptionist had no problem giving me a first appointment in the morning to accomidate my work schedule. The repair person arrived on time, diagnosed the problem correctly--and several others. He had to come back a week later because parts needed to be ordered. The good news is that I now have ovens that work better than the day I bought them. Total appliance may be expensive--but they are worth every penny!

Went well. I called Total Appliance and they were able to schedule me within a few days. Brian showed up on time. I had another repairman at my home who I was finishing up with and Brian was still able to get to work in a quick and workman like manner without my supervision. He removed the oven's shelves in order to access the the ignitor and replace the part. He replaced all the shelves and turned the oven on to make sure it was working properly. He worked while I was in another room and when complete he showed me what he did and explained why my old part ( which was 14 years old) failed.

. Our refrigerator was not cold enough. The technician checked it and found it to be okay. It wasn't cold enough because of the high humidity over Labor Day weekend and constant opening of the refrigerator door.

Our dishwasher broke twice in 2 years, so we had to use Total Appliance twice. Both times the initial service visit took several days. Then again, both times, they didn't have the part they needed, so that took several additional days. On all occasions, the technician came out several hours later than what they originally told us. This wouldn't be too bad, but they did not call to tell us. I had to call them and ask if the technician was still coming. So the customer service has been really bad. For example, I was told the technician would arrive at 2:30, and I waited until 6:30 for the technician to show up. It was like I was having cable installed!

When I called them the first time, they seemed to be really honest. Even another appliance sales place recommended me to Total Appliance. They were punctual, pretty quick to come out, responsible and everything went smoothly. Their price seemed pretty equal to the competitors.

They were on time and responsive. They did what they said they were going to do and were very honest. They were expensive, but I had to use them because I had a very expensive dishwasher.

Their scheduling is a bit of a headache. They arrived about 1 hour earlier than scheduled and left because we were not home. I would use them again only because of the limited number of Bosch service providers.

John is the technician who comes every year. He was very careful. He didn’t damage anything, everything went smoothly. He was very meticulous. He put down a mat when he took my freezer drawer out so he wouldn’t scratch my floor.

That was his last business call right before Christmas Eve. They fixed it so I had my refrigerator and freezer for the Christmas holidays. They are not as responsive as I would have liked. I didn't really shop around. I just called people. Their quality was fine.

When he came out the first time, the Subzero refrig was working only intermittantly. We had had to move all the food to the garage (fortunately it was cold). He carefully checked out everything he could (the system was working at the time) He offered me the choice of waiting until it stopped working again or replacing the most likely problem which was a circuit board. I chose doing this since I knew something was wrong and we had to do something. This was done in a highly professional way and solved the problem. The service tech (Tony) actually called me the next day to ask if I had any more problems! The techinician quickly determined that the problem with the thermador oven was a relay board. This he had to order. He ordered it and came back the first day I was able to be home and fixed that. Again, highly competent, highly professional.

I contacted Total Appliance Service and Repair at approximately 9:00 a.m. the following morning and requested service that day. I was able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon between 3 - 5. The price I was quoted was their regular service charge, and there was no emergency service fee. The price I was quoted included a trip charge plus labor charges that would be charged in 15 minute increments. At that time, I requested a call when the technician was on his way. I received the phone call when the technician was on his way, as requested. He came on time and was polite and professional at all times. He quoted us a price for the repair during the first 15 minutes of the call and he had all the necessary parts on his truck. He was able to complete the repair within 30 minutes of arrival. Overall, the experience was positive. The price was a little high, but we are completely satisfied with the work that was performed and would definitely use them again in the future.

Total Appliance came out and determined that the motor was bad and that the options were 1) a new motor could be ordered and installed or 2) buy a new dishwasher. Even though option 2 was not in the best interest of the company (they fix appliances) the technician was fair and honest and we did decided to buy new rather than repair.

Everything went very well. This was an emergency situation since water was all over my floor. The part had to be ordered. The company responded very quickly and they were very friendly. John was great and I'd highly recommend them.

Total Appliance provided the worst and most unprofessional service (or lack thereof) that I have ever experienced. I have never before written a negative critique, so this is a first for me. WhenI initially called they were unable to provide service for a broken washer for approximately a week. I scheduled the service and explained that I needed to get to work so I would need them to arrive before 11 a.m. A few days before the service I got a call and said I could expect someone between 11 and 1. I explained that the arrangement had been for before 11 and that I could not afford to take a full day off from work. I was told they would correct it and never heard back. Today I waited for service and when I called at 10:45 to find out what was going on they said I was scheduled for between 11 and 1. I insisted that they get here as soon as possible. By 12:45 no one had yet arrived and I had to go to a meeting. I called again to explain and they said someone would be out between 3 and 5. At 4:30 no one had shown up yet and they were no longer answering calls. It's 5:45 right now. No one has arrived and no one has called to explain. I have lost an entire day of work and the washer is still broken. I filed a complaint with LG (the washer manufacturer) and they provided me with a recommendation for Complete Appliance in Warrensvillle (216) 364-2700. I can tell already by how nice and accomodating the woman was at Complete Appliance that the experience with them will be vastly superior. They even provide service on Saturdays so I don't have to miss another day of work.
