Description of Work: The main components of our Subzero refrigerator were replaced due to a freon leak. Rather than temporarily fixing the leak, after discussing options and researching prices for a comparable unit, we chose to replace the needed parts and keep the fridge for, hopefully, another ten years. We were very pleased with the service and work completed.

Description of Work: The technician replaced a belt on my dryer but didn't fit it properly so that when I filled the dryer with wet clothes, it still wouldn't turn, although it did seem fixed when he left. I called the company and the technician immediately returned and did the job properly. He was very apologetic about not getting it right the first time. I was please with the price. I did have to wait two days for an appointment, but it was much better than Sears, which i originally called. Their earliest appointment was a week later!

MARTY, TOLD ME THAT THE FRIDGE ONCE IT GOES IT GOES BUT IT WAS FINE RIGHT NOW.. TONY SAID SOMEONE WOULD CALL AROUND 8:30, AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD 9:30 TO 11:30 AND MARTY CAME AT 10:30 WHICH IS RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE.
