Description of Work: The Total Appliance guy came in at 2:30, and despite Jan telling them when she made the appt EXACTLY what was wrong and the make, model, and serial number of the washer, he said he didn't have the part and we would need a completely new user interface that would be $190 plus labor and he'd have to have 2 repair people because they'd have to take the dryer off of it. I had him speak to Jenn, he estimated it would be $450 to repair, thats not including the $121.70 today for just looking at it for 5min. He was also VERY rude (his name was Joe). We will NOT be using Total Appliance again. We were charged a service call PLUS 30 minutes repair time and he literally was there for 5 minutes.

Description of Work: The company was called to troubleshoot and repair a Kitchenaid two drawer refrigerator that was not cooling. On the first visit the technician determined that the evaporator was leaking and advised that parts would have to be ordered. Although the parts took weeks to arrive, the company did follow up with me to schedule the installation, which they did on schedule as promised. Both technicians were prompt, friendly and courteous.

Description of Work: OUR GE BUILT-IN DISHWASHER WAS NOT DRAINING WATER. AFTER I CHECKED THAT ALL THE SOLENOIDS ARE WORKING AND THE DRAIN WAS NOT CLOGGED, I CALLED THEM TO CHECK THE PROBLEM. THEY MISSED THE APPOINTMENT, AND I CALLED AGAIN THE NEXT DAY - AND THEY SAID THEY WRONGLY SCHEDULED ME, AND CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY. THE WORKMAN WAS NOT VERY FRIENDLY OR HELPFUL. HE WAS ON OUR PHONE CHECKING FOR SOME PART INFORMATION TO FIX, AND FINALLY GAVE LIKE A $250 ESTIMATE TO FIX AN OLD DISHWASHER. THE DIAGNOSIS WAS SOMEWHERE LIKE THE PANEL MAY BE BAD ETC. NO RECOMMENDATION ABOUT GETTING A NEW ONE, OR CHECK OUT SOMETHING ELSE. OVERALL, A BAD EXPERIENCE.
