WAREHOUSE CABINETS INC

I received an estimate for kitchen cabinets, but the salesman refuses to provide me with more than the computer generated layout of the kitchen - he would not give me an itemized list of what he quoted. I called several times and was promised a list, I emailed several times and was promised a list and lastly I sent him my understanding of the itemized list and received still no response. I then concluded that if they are unresponsive before the sale they old be impossible to work with after the sale.

They are giving me a real run-around. Three of my cabinet doors were warped when they were installed and they replaced them. The replacement doors do not match the rest of the cabinetry in the kitchen. When I complained they sent a rep to my home and he refused to replace the doors. He actually said "I will not replace these doors" and told me that the doors would darken with time. I spoke with a regional manager who said they would replace the doors. This morning they called and said they had the doors and I said I wanted to inspect them to make sure they would match and was told they would not match. One rep even said a blind man would know that those doors do not match. They are trying to force the doors on me and have terrible quality control. They have $13,000 from me and they are not selling me the product as it was represented on the sales room floor. If the show room model would have had doors that did not match I would not have bought the cabinets. I just want to get the product I paid for as it is represented on their sales room floor.

We knew we wanted Kraftmaid Cabinets but never realized how many choices and decisions had to be made. They all assisted us in making our selections and started out meeting at our home to see what we liked and showing us how to design in all the features we wanted. Theresa even helped us pick paint and flooring (products they don't even sell). Don helped us with our new appliances and what a deal. When we compared our new Jenn Air appliances prices at another store, their salesman wouldn't even match them. We are do-it yourself so we handled the tear-out and some of the install but when we ran into problems Victor and Marko took over and they know what they're doing. I had no idea the electrical and plumbing would have to be reworked but they knew exactly what to do. Whenever we had a concern it was addressed, I would gladly do another project with Theresa. In fact we're re-doing the guest bath this summer.

Was impressed with the design of the kitchen layout. It was well done and thoughtout. The countertops were done quickly, and to our satisfaction as well. I am unimpressed with the quality of the cabinets and lack of customer service. Since the initial order in March of 2006, we are still waiting (fourth time around) to receive the remaining part of our cabinets (due to poor workmanship). The last set of replacement items received were even the wrong style cabinets (besides poor quality in finishing and incorrect size measurements). The manager assured us that he would inspect before the home delivery. Phone calls are not returned, promises by management are not kept. Our kitchen cannot be completed until we receive the remaining pieces. Seems once they receive your money the customer service stops there. I would definitely not recommend Kraftmaid products or this company.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN PROCESS AND REPARATIONS OF WAREHOUSE THEIR SALESMAN CLEARLY WAS NOT A GOOD REPRESENTATION OF THEIR COMPANY.

ANTHONY WAS MY CONTACT AND HE WAS JUST WONDERFUL. HE PROMPTLY RETURNED PHONE CALLS. ANTHONY WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH AND NOT AFRAID TO MAKE SUGGESTIONS. THE CABINETS ARE JUST WONDERFUL IN TERMS OF HOW SMOOTHLY THE DRAWERS PULL OUT AND HOW BEAUTIFULLY THEY WERE STAINED AND FINISHED. I SHOPPED AROUND FOR KRAFTMAID CABINETS AT 4 OTHER DISTRIBUTORS AND WAREHOUSE CABINETS WERE ABOUT 30% CHEAPER AND ANTHONY WAS SUCH A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.
