The Cleaning Authority is AWESOME. I cannot speak highly enough. They provide a report every visit, it details what they have done for that visit and what will be done on their next visit. If you need something extra then just call and ask. The office calls and reminds you of your visit if you want. The owner came out for the initial estimate, explains everything they do, Deep cleaning, rotations, and up front with everything you want to know. There is no high pressure sales pitch, he actually said I will give you time to think about it and I said "how soon can you start, where do I sign!" Management will do periodic checks on their crew to see how they are doing. They even have an awards program. I work a lot of hours and used to always dread cleaning day(s), Now I can actually relax when I'm at home and not have to worry when people stop by, because I know my house is sparkly clean. They always do a good job. They are always professional. They are always responsive if you got a request or a change.

Charged me for 3 hr, but were actually there 4. They cleaned everything well. They were friendly and trustworthy and reliable. Even fit me in on a saturday once.

This is a rotating service so not all areas are cleaned each time. They do a good general cleaning but never seem to pull out sofa to clean behind or other fine points. Bathrooms, kitchen, etc., are done each time. Only about an hour is spent with 2 cleaners. They used to spend more time. It's better than a lick and a polish and with my disabilities I could no longer keep up on my own. When one of their cleaners was arrested for theft, they were very good about notifying customers. Generally speaking very professional and have come back if something major was missed at no extra charge.

They cleaned all of this in ONE HOURS TIME for $95.00. When my husband retired, I felt I couldn't afford them. Boy, to earn that kind of money for ONE HOURS work. Too pricey for us.

I have been using this company for about 2 years. They come to my house once a week or every other week and I have been very pleased with the service. If there is ever a spot in the home that I think needs more attention, I just call and it is take care of. I enjoy the fact that management will do random check in's on the crew, just to make sure that the house is being cleaned to company standards. I am not home when the cleaners are there and I have never felt that my home or possessions are in jeopardy in any way. One week while the crew was cleaning I had set up another contactor to fix some electronics in my house. I forgot to inform the crew that this contactor was going to be stopping by. When he showed up to my house the crew would not allow him in my house until they spoke to me. Its a great feeling to know that your house is completely secure when the crew is there. The Cleaning Authority does a great job cleaning! I recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Horrible experience and would not recommend to my worst enemy! The girls came out promptly at 8:30. They were very friendly and courteous and cleaned my house for about 4 hours. When they were ready to leave I had to write them a check for the first initial cleaning which was supposed to be an overall cleaning of each of my rooms with special detail on the bathrooms and kitchen. (next time the living room and bedrooms would be detailed). That is how they work which is fine, however, before they left i asked them if they washed any of my floors and they said yes. It was obvious that they did not and i work from home so I knew that they didn't. I paid them and immediately called Terry the owner. I asked Terry if they were supposed to wash my floors and he said "absolutely". They didn't wash my ANY of my floors and told him to come over and take a look. NOte that I intentionally did not wash my floors all week because I knew they were coming on Monday). I pointed out the obvious that not one of my floors in bathroom, kitchen, foyer, bedroom were done. I moved the garbage can in the kitchen and showed him the dirt that still wasn't even vacuumed let alone mopped. I showed him the spots on the floor in family room and he literally tried to wipe them off with a papertowel and said they don't come off! He didn't give me a chance to show him the rest of the areas, nor did he give me chance to tell him that they didn't move anything on my kitchen counter when they cleaned either. My toaster, coffee maker, etc. was wiped around. I thougth this was a detail cleaning? He asked what I wanted to do and if I wanted them back out and when I said no he said OK and started to walk out the door. What a terrible business man in that he didn't ask how we could resolve it, apology, NOTHING. I then asked him about the money that I just paid his girls and got nasty and said "we just cleaned your house for 4 hours". I said you didn't even wash my floors - I will pay for half of the cleaning. He then stormed out the door and said he would send check back. I told him not to bother that I would put a stop payment on it. I own a business - if we treated our clients that we would be out of business which is what I hope happens to this particular company - at least the one owned by Terry. His attitude was unacceptable and the overall cleaning was not well performed. They may clean well for others, but my experience was not a good one and I think people should know about this guys attitude because he sure comes across friendly and businesslike when you are signing up with him!

The Cleaning Authority has been cleaning our house for about a year or so. Initially the quality of the cleaning was pretty good, though the price was a bit high. One thing they did almost every time was to leave lights on, put things back in odd places and occasionally not clean/dust under tables or chairs. We have an old house with old wiring, so the lights always being left on was worrying. At the same time, they would often add nice small touches like refolding towels and throws, arranging pillows and tiding up our laptop cords. At one point, I returned home to find our front door wide open. If the front door doesn't latch, it will swing open after the storm door closes, so I expect that is what happens - but it is very obvious from the front of the house. I called to cancel the service, but my wife later re-started it. A couple months ago, we noticed a sudden decrease in the quality of cleaning. At the same time, all the small extra details also disappeared. It began to look as if they were speed-cleaning the house, skipping things and forgetting to return things to their correct place as they cleaned. Once our bed looked like it was made by a 10 year old - honestly, it was almost comical. Frequently, the lower grill on our refrigerator is knocked loose - something we've never managed to do ourselves. Again, no big deal - but they just leave it laying there; it snaps right back into place just like every other refrigerator. They recently broke an inexpensive ceramic container, which alone is no big deal, but it again points toward an increasing trend of lack of care. The last visit was really bad - despite the rotation schedule indicating "special attention to cleaning floors", it was obvious that they hadn't cleaned the floors at all! There was lots of small debris and dust bunnies on the wood floors and our kitchen tile had several obvious spots. Initially my wife started to clean them up before we stopped and realized we should leave them for the owners to see. Our TV room had obviously been skipped entirely. To their credit, the owners always respond quickly and try to rectify any problems, but it seems like we're getting to the point where we would have to call and complain every single time - despite the fact that initially we didn't have this problem. After the recent re-cleaning and inspection, I still found a pair of shoes placed on top of a new, expensive pair of shoes - probably to place them out of the way while cleaning the floors, but you don't stack new shoes on top of one another. Also, a glass lamp shade was hanging about 45 degrees off center! I can understand a shade being slightly off-center, especially after cleaning, but it was way, way off - it looked really bad, and again this was after an inspection. Here's the kicker: they picked up a blue recycling bag to clean under it, dropped it, and broke some of the bottles inside. OK no big deal - but they left a note indicating what happened and telling us to call them if anything needed to be replaced! What the heck? Yeah, I want my empty recycled beer bottle replaced with another one. Now I think the cleaners themselves are irritated and just trying to give us a hard time.

We are very pleased with the professionalism and the results of the team. They are very specific about what will be done and on what schedule. A crew of two takes about four hours to do the house. They work well together and are very pleasant. Their cleaning products leave little/no scent and get the job done. Owners are very involved and hands-on - - a definite plus. Highly recommended!

They were punctual and very professional for the estimate, had a nice brochure that described their services and approach, and discussed it with us for about 1/2 hour. I looked at several services, and they were a good value for the money. They do a rotation based cleaning with a different focus area each time, periodic inspections by their management, and usually a team of 2 or 3 cleaners. I think they do a nice job. Most important to me is that if you have something you need or feel was missed, you can send them an Email or call and they come right out and deal with it, no hassles. For example, because of an allergy issue we wanted all our couches vacuumed every time, instead of on a rotation basis. When they missed it once, they sent someone right out to do it, and she was very courteous. They allow auto payment by credit card, which is very helpful. They respond to email, which is nice because I can send stuff in the middle of the night when I have time. I'd recommend them.

We are extremely pleased with the quality of their services, their punctuality and the friendliness of their staff.

I didn't get past the phone call for an estimate I thought I would give a local business that was recommended by a few friends that have not had them clean their houses knew the ownder personally my business but owner was quick to get me off the phone when I called for an estimate. I did ask if I could have my house cleaned sometime in the next 9 days prior to a party. He said he could not guarantee it and was quick to hang up. I would have been happy with half a house for double price but did not even get to ask that, they obviously do not need the business. Sorry we can't help you, click.

They are very responsive to suggestions for improvement and get better each time. Jan (the owner) comes out on a regular basis to ensure that the cleaning is up to their standards. They use green products, and even gave me a container of floor cleaner to use in between their cleans to prevent any buildup on my hardwood floors. We are very happy with their service, have been using them for about a year with good results.

Initially, we were happy with the cleaning jobs. As time went on, though, there were small things here and there that we'd have to call about. They had a bad habit of leaving lights on after cleaning, even after we had complained more than once. We noticed dust-bunnies under certain furniture from time to time. We didn't want to give out a copy of our house key, so we supplied the cleaners with a special code to our security system, which they triggered, resulting in the police being called, etc. A couple months ago, they increased their fees slightly. Our house is quite small, so I already thought the initial rate was rather high. They continued to do strange things like turn off our ceiling fans, leave blinds open, etc. After our last cleaning, I came home in the evening to find they left our front door unlocked and unlatched, so I canceled our service.

I have the Cleaning Authority come to my house once per month to clean. They do a great job. They are easy to work with and are focused on customer service. They are trustworthy, professional and effiecient. It is a great feeling to come to your house and it has been cleaned to your satisifaction and you do not need to worry about it was not cared for in the manner you wanted it to be done.

They didn't clean behind or under things. Also, they didn't shine the appliances as they stated they would and didn't perform the general housecleaning. They were only here for under two hours and they were just to fast.

The crew from Cleaning Authority was very thorough and the supervisor even came to see if the work was performed properly. They were excellent. I plan on continuing with them.

They are prompt, reliable, pleasant to deal with. They are trustworthy and I feel comfortable with them in my house.

Very detailed and thorough cleaning. The owners do a great job making sure we're satisfied with the work. Much much better than the previous owners. I would recommend this cleaning company to anyone.

This company is thorough and does a good job. They are also certified green which was nice for me but not necessarily a requirement. The owners have performed periodic checks on the crews to make sure that everything looks like it should and if I have a problem with something I call and they come out within 24 hours to correct it to my satisfaction. I have recommended them to others in the area and will continue to do so.

They come out in a team of 2 or 3. They come once a month. They are very professional and efficient. I have been very impressed and they are totally reliable and work hard.
