Great service. Bill went above and beyond in the quality of work he performed. Price was very good for the work done. They were on time and cleaned up well. Will absolutely use them again!

I'd give them an A++. They were the best. They were amazing.

Initially things went fine. We got our price and scheduled a date for the service. I hit Bill up for a price if we were paying with cash and he exploded. Here's his reply. "This is Bill Seymour; this is getting silly! If you don't want your trees done by me tell me now; I have plenty of easier jobs. Lisa has explained to you your choice is $5000 cash or $5,200 plus tax. Let me know and I will schedule other work that day. I am copying Nick since he asked me again on your behalf. Thanks! Bill" When I replied that a cash price was never discussed, to my knowledge, and that we had no intention of not having our trees done by him he replied with "Have someone else do your job!" There was never a cash price discussed that I knew of. The only time the price changed is when I asked to have the lumber removed. Obviously the price went up, which is to be expected. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

It went wonderfully. Seymour's Tree Service removed a large tree from my yard. They arrived when they said they would, and did the work as discussed. While watching them work, they were efficient, quick and safe. The tree was very tall with many, many small branches--everything was cleaned up from my yard before they left. There was nothing left for me to do or dispose of on my own. There were several people on the crew and they were respectful of my property and did their jobs well. They performed the services quoted and I am completely pleased . If I have additional tree needs, Seymour will be the first company I call. In addition to great work, they returned calls and answered questions promptly. Overall, excellent experience.

These trees were over the property line and Seymour did there very best to keep material, particularly the heavy trunks, from falling on the neighbors property. They did this in record time. I have had similar work done by others for more money and much longer time. One man climbed the frees. While he climbed he cut off the limbs, controlling they fall. Other men ground up the limbs and raked up the mess. They ground up the stumps and removed the debris in the hole. The stump grinder was used again to clean up the remaining roots in the hole. In this day and age the price was very reasonable. If I had any complaints it would be that a few twigs were not racked up. Most people would not noticed this.

In less than one hour, our job was complete! Two large trees were removed, branches were chipped, stumps were ground and the yard was raked and cleaned-up nicely. We obtained other quotes and Seymour was 1/2 the cost. They were on the job promptly and the trees were down in record time. The trees were not "dropped" but cut in sections and lowered to the ground to eliminate damage and ruts in the yard. The six men were professional, polite and worked at a very fast pace. We were very pleased with them and would highly recommend them.

Everything was completed as discussed. It was done quickly and professionally. They cleaned up after.

I'd recommend Seymour Tree Service to any of my neighbors in North Royalton and I'll use them again.

We've used Seymour before and are very happy with their work. They arrived on time with a large crew, so they could finish the job quickly. They worked efficiently, and Bill told us what they were doing along the way. Their clean-up is exceptional. They clear away the large limbs then rake all of the twigs and dust. It's like they were never here - except our trees look better!

The Seymour team came to my house to take down 4 major and 5 smaller trees. A crew of 8 maybe more, spent the next three hours removing the trees and stumps. I have used Bill Seymour in the past and strongly recommend his services. He is very punctual and will work with your needs.

company was very prompt with submitting an estimate. However, just because we would not allow the removal of our tree on the afternoon of GOOD FRIDAY, we were told that the job was not large enough to be completed AT ANY TIME IN THE FUTURE! We were then forced to obtain additional estimates which unnecessarily delayed the construction which was planned.

THEY DID EXCELLENT JOB AND CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD.

I HAD TO WAIT FOR A RESPONSE TO MY VOICE MAIL MESSAGE--I CALLED THEM A WEEK LATER TO MAKE SURE THEY RECEIVED IT. THEY WERE APOLOGETIC AND SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE WITHIN THE HOUR TO GIVE ME A WRITTEN ESTIMATE. THEY DID SHOW UP THREE HOURS EARLIER THAN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. HOWEVER, THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB TRIMMING THE TREES IN MY YARD AND WOULD NOT FINISH UNTIL I INSPECTED WHAT THEY HAD DONE. THEY ALSO LET ME MAKE ANY SUGGESTIONS ABOUT EXTRA TRIMMING AND DID WHAT I TOLD THEM. THEIR CLEAN-UP WAS WONDERFUL. THEY CARRIED IN A LOT OF LARGE LIMBS TO THEIR CHIPPER. THEY RAKED UP MY YARD VERY WELL AND ALSO BLEW ANY SMALL DEBRIS THAT WAS ON MY DRIVEWAY INTO THE GRASS.

BILL AND HIS CREW WASTED NO TIME WHILE THEY WERE HERE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING UP DEBRIS. HE DIDN'T TRY TO SELL MORE SERVICE THEN WAS NECESSARY.
