PHANTOM RETRACTABLE SCREENS

I called for the service call on 4/23/07. They came to my house on 5/22/07, but could not do the work as they were not prepared for my screen. My screen is 48" wide and only realized the problem when they arrived at my house. Note: they installed my screen 5/6 years ago, so this fact is known to them. They said they would return when the parts came in next week or so. I never heard from them until I called again on 6/22/07, or so to inquire on what was taking so long. They immediately scheduled me for service on 6/26/07. The repairman was early and in and out of my house within 30 minutes. The work seems OK, although not as good as previous repairman.

Phantom screens are just as named, nearly invisible up close and truly invisible from more than approx. 5'. They roll up into a slim, vertical housing, eliminating the traditional "screen door with metal frame." The company rep for our appointment arrived promptly. He was courteous and knowledgeable about their equipment. He inspected all of our existing Phantom screens, made any necessary adjustments, and worked quickly and professionally to install the new ones. He answered my questions and made several suggestions in regard to care and use, since we were relatively new to our home and not previously familiar with these screens. He made note of two screens needing additional magnets, which he matched to the color of our screen enclosures before installing. If you need screens, these are the best you'll ever own. Although the initial investment is high, the long warranty is noteworthy, you'll receive discounts on tune-ups, and you won't find a better screen solution!

HAD DOOR INSTALLED IN THE SPRING. I LIKE HOW IT'S EASY TO USE & LOOKS GREAT! EVEN WITH THEIR BUSY SEASON, THEY WERE ABLE TO HAVE THE DOOR WITHIN FEW WEEKS OF ORDERING.

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE SCREEN DOOR. YOU DONT EVEN NEED TO USE YOUR HANDS TO OPEN IT AND WHEN IT IS NOT IN USE, YOU DONT EVEN KNOW ITS THERE. I THINK THEY ARE VERY PRICEY BECAUSE THEY HAVE A MONOPOLY ON THE MARKET BUT THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT. THEY EVEN IMPRESSED MY VERY HANDY FATHER WITH THE EASE AND SPEED OF THE INSTALLATION.
