+ -1 moreIt went great. North Coast Home Inspections pointed out potential future problems with the home we were considering buying.
Description of Work: My husband and I were considering buying this house and had Chuck come out to do a inspection. He was very thorough and even inspected the crawl space and attic on his hand and knees. He was fantastic and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering buying a home.

+ -1 moreSteve and Chuck went through the house top to bottom. They gave us a 17 page detailed report. They explained the issues they did discover and were even willing to make some recommendations. They also brought some much needed independence to the basement cracks, which turned out to be a relatively insignificant issue! Thank heavens we didn't spend the $2900 to $7500 we had been quoted previously.
Description of Work: We asked for a home inspection because we want to know if we have any issues even though we aren't selling right now, and had cracks in the basement that basement companies were telling us were a big problem.
