Jimmy LiPuma and his crews did an outstanding job. He knows the best suppliers and how to get the best prices. We were very pleased with his plumbing fixture supplier, granite cutter and cabinet manufacturer (got an exact match of our existing cabinet with four new pieces). He got the job phased correctly. His tile subcontractor (Steve) is outstanding, able to meet our vision perfectly and gave excellent suggestions. We would definitely hire Licaro Builders again.

We are thrilled with our finished basement compete with wet bar and theater room! This is the second time we have worked with Licaro Builders. Given how happy we were with our previous kitchen remodel, we made only one call when we decided to finish our basement. Licaro Builders is responsive, easy to work with, and most importantly does great work.

This project went phenomenally well. Jimmy and his crew were a pleasure to work with, and the finished project is beyond my expectations. Plus, his prices are very competitive! Not only does he NOT take a cut on the cost of the materials, he actually passes along his contractor discount to the customer! I compared my costs with a friend who had gotten a quote on a very similar bathroom project, and Jimmy's quote was significantly less. This was a really, really great experience for us, and if I ever have another project come up, I'll definitely use Licaro Builders again, without question. I'm so glad we found him!

Jimmy at Licaro Builders remodeled our kitchen, so it was an easy choice to have him do the total remodel on our master bath. He is extremely flexible and accommodating with changes, such as when we asked (after work had started!) to add some minor updates to our half bath and guest bath. We are extremely pleased with all of the work, especially with our new master bath! Instead of a jacuzzi tub we never used, we have a gorgeous step-in shower with all the features and safety options we wanted (and some we hadn’t known we'd want)! Plus, we gained a much-needed linen closet where the old shower had been. Jimmy’s prices are fair, and he credited us when we were under any allowance shown in the contract. Yes, there were some delays due to supplies and COVID issues, but Jimmy had told us that could happen ahead of time and always kept us updated. Any questions or concerns were promptly addressed. Jimmy often said he’d do whatever was needed to make us happy with the project. He meant it!

Excellent. Jimmy LiPuma is a true professional. From quote to job management - Jimmy managed the aspects of the work. Everyone that he contracted with was friendly and respectful of our home - they also did great work! This project happened during the height of Covid - he was forthright and gave us an honest appraisal of material constraints. The project turned out better than we envisioned. Our kitchen needed a complete update, but we had never been through a major remodel and were unsure what to expect. Jimmy LiPuma was one of the first contractors we met with, and we quickly realized he was the best choice. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. He answered all our questions, helped us identify just what we wanted done, and gave us fair and honest estimates. With all the COVID issues, we knew there could be some shortages or delays. Jimmy kept us updated throughout, and checked in on a regular basis to make sure everything was as we wanted. He was always available for questions or concerns, and was exceptionally flexible about any changes we requested. Jimmy’s work crews are excellent! They were reliable, experienced, hard-working, and determined to do the best job possible with the least disruption to us. We love our new kitchen, and we’ve already chosen Jimmy to remodel our master bath. We highly recommend him!

We are thrilled with our new kitchen! Jimmy was a pleasure to work with as was the team of professionals that performed the work. Jimmy was exceedingly helpful in connecting us with suppliers for cabinets, fixtures, counters, flooring, and tile and was there to help every step of the way. From demo to finishing, the crews were on time and did great work. I especially appreciated how willing Jimmy and his teams were to work with us as we tweaked the job and added new tasks along the way. In addition to our kitchen, our project included remodeling of our powder room, and installing new flooring, trim and crown molding throughout the entire first floor. We couldn't be happier with the work performed and have received countless compliments. I wouldn't hesitate to call Licaro Builders for our next project!

Wonderfully! They showed up as promised. They were extremely accommodating for my disability and were able to schedule all appointments around me. The gentleman that showed up to install the handrail was great, he went over and beyond what I was expecting. Licaro Builders are in a word...AMAZING! We hired Licaro Builders to finish our unfinished basement. Jimmy met with us to understand our needs and goals for the project and then came back with a fantastic design for the project. Licaro Builders came back with a very competitive proposal and after accepting the proposal, began the work. All of the crew were very professional, were courteous and above all were skilled craftsmen! In the end, our finished project exceeded our expectations. The fit and finish is impeccable, matches the look and feel of the rest our home and exceeds the qualify of the rest of our home. We couldn't be happier! We would without any hesitation recommend Licaro Builders for remodel and refinishing work! And Jimmy is a gem!!!

The remodel went great! We live in home built in 1911, and one bathroom did not have a shower. It also had wood flooring and wood wall paneling. We had the jet tub removed from that bathroom and replaced it with a gorgeous new tiled shower enclosure and all tiled bathroom walls and floor. When I first contacted Licaro for the job, Jimmy LiPuma got back to me right away and we made an appointment for him to come out to look a the space and work out an estimate. After that initial appointment, we looked forward to getting started a few months out, however COVID-19 prevented us from getting started. What impressed me was that throughout that time, Jimmy stayed in regular contact with me via email to keep me updated. Once we did get started, Jimmy was on site throughout each stage from demolition to finish. He kept me updated at all times via text, phone and email. All of the workers that Licaro used were on time, professional and helpful: the plumber, electrician, drywall crew, and the gentleman who did our gorgeous tile work. Jimmy, Ronny, Steven, and the whole team were a pleasure to work with and always showed up to work on time. This was a labor intensive job and it took some time, but it was well worth it. The end result is simply gorgeous.

Jimmy is always great to work with. We had used him in our former home on several projects including a master bath remodel, laundry/ mudroom remodel and new windows. We moved and needed a closet system installed in our new home. He was responsive, reasonable and worked with our tight time frame. We plan on using him again in the near future for some custom laundry cabinets.

When deciding on a contractor for our complete bathroom remodels Jimmy of Licaro Builders was clearly the best choice. He was wonderful to work with from our first meeting to discuss our projects thru to completion of two bathroom remodels. Jimmy is professional, thorough and honest. Jimmy was great. He was a professional, prompt, courteous, informative, and helpful. His team were all nice people and easy to work with. They cleaned up and did a good job.

Excellent. On budget, on time. Excellent workmanship of the crew (we call them first for any jobs). Very good at dealing with the inevitable 'unanticipated' issues. They refunded an amount after we made the final payment (we were not aware of the refund amount, they found it because our selected items cost less than the budget).

This is the 4th job we have hired Licaro Builders for at our home in Broadview Heights, if that is any indication of the regard we have for Jimmy and the folks who work on his behalf. He prices fairly, speaks honestly and directly, and his folks do excellent, quality work.

This was an exceptional experience. The entire process from our initial meeting to the explanation of the job, picking out tile and color schemes, to the entire installation was a seamless transition. My wife and I cannot be more happy with the services provided by Licaro Builders. Jim is upfront and honest with you about the entire project. His communication with both of us was spectacular. If we had any questions, Jim was quick to contact us and talk to us. His crew provided wonderful services and professional designs to our project.

Went great, on time and quality work

It went as well as it possibly could. Jimmy was there, and available when not, throughout. The only delays were because of county inspectors. Jimmy was/is aces. We couldn't be happier.

Overall, I would say the project went rather smoothly. There were some hiccups along the way as there are with any remodeling project. However, resolutions were found quickly and to our satisfaction. We have used Jimmy for many projects........shower upgrades, kitchen remodel, demo and rebuild of our front porch, and now...the master bath. His customer service and honesty cannot be beat. We have always felt that he has our best interest at heart and provides a complete picture of what a project will entail upfront.

Jimmy was responsive and reasonable. The crew was able to adjust to a lot if unanticipated challenges, and it turned out fantastic!

Once again we are very pleased with Jimmy Lipuma and Licaro Builders. Having remodeled our laundry room and master bath, we turned to Jimmy to install replacement windows. He sent out a great crew who was detail oriented and meticulous. We are very satisfied with the work. We will continue to recommend Jimmy and use him for future projects (hopefully a new kitchen coming soon....)
