+ -1 moreWe purchased a high end product because we felt that it was good for our health and for the longevity of our appliances. Andrew sold us the system and was very thorough in explaining things to us and still comes to the rescue when we have questions. The gentleman who installed the items was excellent and went above and beyond to help locate the system in the correct place in our home. We have also had contact with the owner and he has helped us on occasion with questions we had on the system. Great company to do business with.

Doug, Tyler and Jorge are equally great at what they do. We had something with the system that we needed help with and they rushed to make sure everything was okay. They are polite and communicate very well. They are an absolute pleasure to work with and they really seem to care. We love our system and we are happy we went with Home Environmental Services. This is an awesome product and they are a great team. I recommend this product and team to everyone I talk with. It’s important to know that a company will be there for you after the sale and these guys are 💯!!

I received notification that the system was due for service or inspection in March 2023 and have not as yet received such service. I have called repeatedly and been promised, but apparently the service tech wasn't able or too busy to come to Garrettsville.
