+ -1 moreGreg is easy to work with, great communication. My floors had to be scheduled around some employee time-off, and he kept me informed. David and Donald did a fantastic job sanding, including the removal of urine damage from the previous owner's dog. I asked Greg if it would be OK to use Waterlox tung oil, because I wanted a penetrating finish, not a float. David has significant experience with it, and now my floors are beyond gorgeous. Both David and Donald were very professional during their work, and I felt my concerns were heard.

They were on time for all appointments, communicated well, gave competitive pricing and their work quality was of the highest caliber. My new floors gorgeous!!!! I will definitely hire them back when I am ready to have the third floor done.

Description of Work: What a professional job they did, not only in refinishing stairs and floors beautifully, but in correcting damage done by a previous inept refinisher, whose services I had to terminate. I cannot praise too highly the professionalism of this firm.
