+ -1 moreinstallation went fine except for service worker stepping off temporary flooring and putting foot through the ceiling on floor below creating a huge mess. They paid for repairs. Three months later, the heat pump is running solely on auxiliary heat or built in heat strips that drives up electricity usage. Calls for service ignored with manager indicating that is the way heat pumps work. Our old heat pump did not use the heat strips unless it was below 10 degrees or so and it was 12 years old.

+ -1 moreHe did what I needed him to do. He was really upfront. He was prompt. He was a good communicator. He gave me a good price. He did what needed to be done. He didn't do any extra work and I thought his prices were very fair. He was very well equipped. He had a truck full of parts. I like the fact that he didn’t try to do extra work. He didn’t do any up charges. It was kind of nice. He was very straightforward. He was right on time.
Description of Work: I found one on my own. I knew through him through a friend. It's called H & H Heating and Cooling. He checked double plastic inline and put on a thermostat.
