Very pleased with the experiance.
Description of Work: I think they did a fantastic job and I am very picky. I stopped by Saturday to order a new garage door opener and on Monday it was installed. Everything works, had the manual and remotes right by the door. I didn't need a new garage door opener since it was only the sensors that weren't working and they tried to save me money by only recommending to replace the sensors but I wanted a new opener and didn't want to deal with the hassle of something else breaking later only to have to replace it. So they clearly weren't trying to sell me something I didn't have to have. Very knowledgable, professional and punctual.

Description of Work: My garage door opener was not working. The technician, Kevin, worked on it and fixed the opener, replacing the controller board. At first, he seemed somewhat condescending, perhaps not believing my description of problem. However, he became nicer as the work went on. He was efficient and the opener is working better than ever. He said there was a warranty. I believe, I used them before & am satisfied with their work.
