Description of Work: Our double door was broken, it was stuck half wa up. A cable snapped on one side and jammed the door. The Tecchnician was on time and went right to work. He replaced a bunch of broken parts and did a door tuneup when repairs were completed.

Went great, no problems.
Description of Work: Fixed the rubber strip on the bottom of the door, which had been torn off by ice. They also serviced the entire door and oiled all the parts and it runs great now.

Description of Work: I have always used Genie and have been pleased. But, they came out to fix my door and said it was too old to order parts and wanted to charge me 100.00 for telling me my garage opener was too old. NOw, when i scheduled the apt. I explained that it was old. They offered to put the 100.00 towards a new opener and we scheduled an apt for the following week. But when i came home the next day there was a new opener with a bill. minus the 100.00. Glad it got done but i wanted to be there.
