We have used this company before. They did a nice job and were very professional. They had a wide variety of garage doors and accessories to chose from. They came out to see what we needed and they let the store know so we were able to pick what we wanted. They ordered it and called us when it was in and scheduled the installation. They told us how long it would take them to install it and they were right on. We are very satisfied.

They did a good job and replaced the part at a reasonable price. The guy that came out was knowledgeable and really knew what he was talking about.

The garage door wouldn't open, manual opener did nothing. Could not lift the door. Our two cars were trapped in the garage. Called the company that had always serviced the garage door and was told they would be happy to come out- tomorrow. Called Genie, they were very pleasant, said someone would be out asap. In a matter of a few hours the servicemen appeared. They immediately identified the problem, replaced the cable that had broken, checked the other cable and replaced that also to eliminate a future problem. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and careful of our cars. Their working space was limited by the cars. Will certainly call them again when our garage door opener needs repair. The bill seemed reasonable. Would recommend this company without question.

Very well. Courtesy. Able to detect the problem quickly. Honestly told us that it was under warranty. They came out to do job within 24 hours of our call.

Arrived on time. Repaired the door that was clearly broken. Noticed that the adjacent garage door was close to breaking as well. Repaired it and adjusted the side rails on both doors to help keep it from happening again. Explained everything clearly and completely. Very professional and courteous. They had a problem while fixing the door and they had to come back a second time to reprogram everything. The problem wasn't their fault.

One of two garage door springs was busted. A worker came out and recommended that both springs be replaced. It was more than the quote for one spring alone but I felt comfortable having 2 new springs installed. The worker also looked at the overall status of the garage door and garage door opener and made several recommendations that did not cost a thing.

They were very punctual. The young man knew exactly what to do. He was able to come back with the necessary parts on the same day.

We couldnt get it open. He fixed it and it worked great. He was very efficient and easy to work with. I have no complaints at all. I believe it is their forte and they know what they are doing.

Although the original type of garage door quoted didnt work out (older garage with size constraint), the company had an alternative option that didnt cost much more. When I thought I might have to reschedule for the different part, they worked with me and had the installer use the part needed he already had in his truck for another job and someone came out and delivered another part for the next job. Thats service!

Hank came to the house to give an estimate and see whether there was enough room to install the opener in a space limited by a dropped ceiling in the garage. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. The installers came the next business day and, at first, questioned whether the opener would fit and still allow the garage door to open all the way. After a closer look, they agreed that it would be fine, and they completed the installation. When they were finished, they showed me how to operate the remote, the keyless entry pad, and mechanism that disables the opener in case of a power failure. The installation and instruction took about 2 hours.

Wonderful service. The salesman was helpful in determining which model of garage door opener to purchase, and they arranged to do the work while I was away at work. When they showed up that day the technician noticed that the door springs had failed and that was the reason why the opener was not able to lift the door. They called me at work to advise me of that fact and to price the replacement springs.

We contacted the company and they were very friendly. They let us know that they would have to come Friday instead of Thursday b/c of time constraints. The work is done like magic and was $20 under the estimate! I would not hesitate to use them again.

Rod Brahler came and gave me the estimate. He was on time, informative and polite. John came and did the work -- he called ahead to confirm the day and time. Removed and took way the old door and operator. Cleaned up everything and showed me what he did.

The work was requested on a semi emergency basis as we could not get the door open. I called Saturday and the technician arrived about an hour later. He was very professional and did a very thorough job. Would highly recommend.
