Arrived on time and went right to work.

Everything went very smoothly. They were professional, and the work was completed as described. I have no complaints.

The technician was on time, pleasant, and answered my questions with good explanations. You have to specifically ask the office representative for a time frame, however. Then you are told to call after 8 in the morning on the day of service, and then you will receive a given window of 1-3 hours. However, the overall experience was still very good.

A spring broke on one of the two doors on our 1939 era garage. We had Genie replace the spring, and asked for a quote on two new doors. They responded promptly, and discounted the spring replacement cost from the new doors, which have new springs. The workmen showed up on schedule, and completed the job in about two hours. Excellent experience, and no pressure.

Jeff, the repairman, was prompt, thoroughly knowledgeable, and commenced the job promptly.

The technician, Jeff, was on time, and performed the work in a professional manner. He is a pleasant person who easily engages in conversation.

Genie of Fairview installed a garage door and opener for us in 2003. Since then we have called them if we had a question about the opener or door operation. When we have called about a garage door or opener question, they have even "talked us through" steps to take to resolve the issue ourselves. We knew the job would be done well and as promised. It was. We called Genie the first time in 2003 because another contractor working at our house then told us Genie of Fairview was good to work with. They were then and have been since. We would certainly use this company in the future.

It was perfect. I called them and set up an appointment and unfortunately I had to change the appointment. They were very accommodating and understanding on short notice. They were very pleasant. I rescheduled and they came out. The young man was very professional. He checked out the door completely, he made the adjustments. He showed me 3 different options for garage door openers, all at different prices. He didn't put pressure on me to buy the more expensive one. He was just perfect. They had a very reasonable price. They were wonderful to work with and I would definitely call them again.

Arrived early than expected, replaced spring, adjusted the door and was done within an hour.

The person who came out was polite and had charged only according to the estimate. For some reason the door wouldn’t shut the next day because it was out of alignment. We called them and they came back and fixed it. Later the door would kind of stick when it was cold outside. They came back again and adjusted it at no charge. They did a good job overall.

It was routine and they had to adjust the spring. They did the work the way it was supposed to be done. There wasn't a lot of opportunity to excel.

They were great. They were efficient, punctual and professional.

I was pleased with them. Their price was one of the lowest. I don’t think anyone else could have done a better job than them. They were very responsive and they installed the double doors and the remote control for the garage doors very fast. They completed both the doors and the remote control work in a matter of 4 hours.

The whole process went very smoothly -- the repairman came fully prepared for my particular garage issue, he was friendly and knowledgeable. He freed my car, I went off to work, and the door was in full operation by the time I got home.

Genie of Fairview Door was excellent and they explained everything to me. They were at my house in a timely fashion. They told me up front what the price was going to be and that is what the end price was.

Dan was able to come out the next day after we discovered that our garage door would not close. He was able to fix the door within 15 minutes and it sounded smoother than ever. He was very prompt, professional, and courteous. Would definitely work with them again.

Called Genie of Fairview Door Co. for new garage door quote. The scheduled a sales call the same day, arrived a few minutes early and gave a written quotation that was the lowest of 4. The sales representative had brochures and explained all of the options. When I called later to make the purchase they asked for a $200 deposit and I gave a credit card number. They scheduled the installation in less than a week. The installer arrived on time, worked fast and did a professional job in every respect. He was careful to remove all traces of paper and packaging. He even found a "lost" hammer that I had left on a ceiling joist years ago. This installer is a real pro. He looked over the specs that the sales person prepared and questioned the choice of door height. As a result, he selected a more correct door size at no additonal cost. I would have never known about it but asked. These guys are real pros.

Called Genie of Fairview on Sunday night and left a voicemail about my broken garage door. They called me back first thing Monday morning and I was able to set up a service call for Tuesday. They weren't able to give me a specific appt. time until I called back on Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning, I called them and they gave me a service window of 12:00 - 2:00 pm. The serviceman arrived around 11:30am. He fixed the problem and was done in about 40 minutes.

Perfect. They were very clear about instructions. They did the work while I was at work. Very prompt and responsive.

The garage door is seldom used and we could not lift it. The technician arrived on time and got the door open. He made a few adjustments and the door is now working properly.

It was good, they were quick, they came out in a day or two and it was a very good price. They were very professional. I would recommend them.

They were good to deal with, super quick to come over and do the job and went the extra distance to service and oil the garage door rails while they were here. The only thing I did not like was that all the oil leaked up into the capacitor and blew the capacitor with sizzling oil and smoke etc. They replaced it but they charged me for it and I think since it blew up because of their oiling, they should have replaced it free of charge.

They showed up promptly and on time as promised. Kevin, the tech, was very nice. The work was performed at a reasonable price. I appreciated that they were able to perform the repair (as it was a small job) and did not try to up sell me into buying a new garage door.
