+ -1 moreIt was a pleasure to deal with this company. Lee responded promptly to my initial inquiry and gave me his estimate which came in lower than the others I received. He was very patient with my questions since I know little about heating/air and answered all. He was prompt in scheduling installation and did a neat job. I was pleased with the process throughout and would not hesitate to recommend them.
Description of Work: Installed new 95% efficiency two-stage furnace and two-ton air conditioner to replace a 45+ year old furnace.

+ -1 moreI got 2 estimates. It took one company over a week to write out and send the estimate .Lee did the estimate and wrote it out that same day. Lee and Chuck came on time and did it all in one day. They were professional and cleaned up well after completion. A few days after completion I asked Lee to come out and check the mortar in 2 areas that were too dry and sandy(was actually crumbling )and Lee said he will call me soon to come out and fix it.
Description of Work: Removal of old furnace and air conditioning unit. Installation of Amana 90K BTU 95% two stage furnace. Installation of Amana 3 ton conditioning unit and coil. Price included all necessary sheet metal, gas, electrical, drain, and flue pipe out side of house. Installation of Aprilaire 550 whole house humidifier. No flue liner installed because chimney location in center of 1 story ranch style house. My thermostat was fairly new so that did not have to be replace.
