Awesome. Very friendly, professional, efficient worker. Took care of the situation immediately.

I had gotten two other contractors for animal removal from Angie's list. One contractor told me I had mice. The other contractor told me I had a raccoon and he suggested I call Ace Wildlife Services. I was very impressed with Mike at Ace Wildlife. He worked with me around my work schedule. He would come out early in the morning so that I could get to work on time. He had to come out three times just to capture all the raccoons. He definitely knew the raccoons behavior and just how to capture them quickly even when they tried to get away. The crawl space that Mike had to get into was extremely small. He did an excellent job of removing the animals and putting safe guards in place so that no more animals get into my house.

They responded immediately. They were professional.

I attempted to remove the groundhog myself unsuccessfully this year and last year and decided to call in the professionals. They provided a 10% Angie's List discount. They were very informative on their prices and procedures. I called them on a Friday and they were able to come out on a Saturday to remove the animal and Justin had him trapped within 4 hours. They were very responsive to my needs and they really listened to me. Since I was not able to check the trap the next morning he was able to come out and check it for me. They were very responsive to my needs.

I was very satisfied with the work they did.

Estimate was $189. Believe this was for trapping for a week, checking every other day. Not sure if this was for them to do it or as a do it yourself rent their trap and check it yourself. They did advise to use galvanized hardware cloth around the deck (trenched into the ground to prevent animals from digging under.) I had read about the hardware cloth on the Internet. Believe it was this company that told me you could get it at Lowe's or Home Depot. I finally found it at Lowe's (1/4'') in the landscaping / Outdoor Garden department.

I had birds in my attic and needed the nest removed. They quoted one price on the phone, then wrote an estimate for over $500, which included a bunch of stuff not related to the original call.

Chad was very polite and completed the work as scheduled. He left notes detailing what work was done and came back to check on part of the soffit, that he had to install a valve, so that a remaining pigeon could escape. I thought the price was a little high , but went with this company due to the excellent reviews on Angie's List. Another company had quoted $800.00 just to trap pigeons without repairing soffits. Will definitely use this company again.

It seemed to take a long time to catch the raccoon, but they may not have been able to avoid that. Overall, it was a good experience and i would use them again. They got rid of the raccoon.

Every time you call you get a voice mail. No real person ever answers the phone.

They were excellent!! The skunks were smelly and I am so glad they are gone! So appreciative of their service. They will not be able to get under the porch anymore!! Also got AL discount!

HE WAS PROMPT TO THE ESTIMATE (1/2 AN HOUR EARLY EVEN THOUGH I TOLD HIM I COULDN'T BE THERE ANY EARLIER). HE WAS ARGUMENTATIVE ABOUT HOW THE ANIMALS WERE GETTING IN. THEN HE SAID HE COULDN'T DO THE JOB AT ALL.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED. I HESITATED BECAUSE OF THE COST, BUT MY DECK IS RATHER LARGE. SINCE THE VARMINTS CAN NO LONGER INVADE MY SPACE, I AM VERY SATISFIED. THE TRAPPING THEY DID BEFORE MY DECISION TO ANIMAL-PROOF WAS INCLUDED IN CHARGES.

THEY CAME OUT TO LOOK FOR A WOODPECKER THAT I THOUGHT WAS IN MY ATTIC. THEY SEARCHED THOROUGHLY FOR THE BIRD AND CAME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT THE BIRD WAS NOT IN THE ATTIC. THAT IT MUST BE PECKING FROM THE OUTSIDE. THE GREAT THING ABOUT IT IS THAT THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME A SERVICE CALL WHICH I THOUGHT WAS AMAZING!!

I TRIED TO CATCH THAT THING FOR A WEEK OR TWO, THEY DID IT IN 2 DAYS. SO, I WAS HAPPY. WOULD USE AGAIN.

THEY CAME OUT QUICKLY TO DETERMINE IF THERE WAS A SKUNK LIVING UNDER THE PORCH. THEY ASSURED US THAT WHILE SKUNKS CONTINUE TO MATE UNDER THE SUN PORCH, THEY HADN'T MOVED IN. THEY SAVED US MONEY BY TELLING US NOT TO TRAP THE SKUNKS (WHO WERE MORE INTERESTED IN MATING THAN FOOD), BUT INSTEAD WAIT AND SCREEN IN THE AREA TO PREVENT THEM FROM RETURNING. THEY ASSURED US THE AREA WOULD BE SCREENED IN LONG BEFORE THE SKUNKS COULD DEN THERE. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED QUICKLY.

SERVICEMAN INITIALLY GAVE THE ESTIMATE TO MY TENANTS WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. THE TENANTS SIMPLY LEFT ME A VOICE MESSAGE WITHOUT THE DETAILS. I HAD TO FOLLOW THRU TO GET THE QUOTE FROM THE COMPANY.

I FELT THEY HANDLED WHAT HAD BEEN A STRESSFUL SITUATION VERY WELL. THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL.

THEY WERE FANTASTIC. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY. WE HAVE USED THEM A COUPLE OF TIMES. THEY ARE VERY EASY TO GET A HOLD OF. THEY ANSWER IMMEDIATELY. THEIR PRICING IS GOOD. THEY SEEM VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND THEY GAVE US GOOD ADVICE FOR NEXT YEAR.

THEY EVEN REPLACED THE SOFFITS WHERE THE SQUIRRELS WERE GAINING ACCESS TO THE ATTIC.

KUDOS, WITH ONE RESERVATION: I WAS TAKEN ABACK BY THE HIGH PRICE, ESPECIALLY BECAUSE THE GUY TOOK ONLY 10 MINUTES TO INSTALL THE SCREEN. HOWEVER, I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH WORK WENT INTO 'CUSTOM BUILDING' THE SCREEN BEFORE IT WAS DELIVERED. IN ANY EVENT, I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED WHEN THE ACE GUY (WHO WAS COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL) ASKED IF I WANTED HIM TO REMOVE MY TV ANTENNA FROM THE ROOF AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. I TOOK HIM UP ON THE OFFER. HE EVEN HAULED THE ANTENNA AWAY! UPDATE 11/11/2010: I just filed another report on Ace, giving them an "F" this time. They gave me an estimate for new work but then, for some unknown reason, ignored two voicemails I left to hire them for the work. That's no way to treat a good, paying customer. Because they did good work for me seven years ago, I'm thinking maybe new people are in charge or the company's service has gone downhill for some other reason. Bottom line:due to their own rudeness or carelessness or whatever, Ace has lost me as a customer.

OTHER METHODS ARE AVAILABLE TO RID YOUR PROPERTY OF UNDESIRABLE PESTS WITHOUT KILLING THEM. CHECK THE INTERNET FOR SUCH INFORMATION.

CAGES DON''T PREVENT BEES FROM ENTERING THOUGH, WHICH IS ALSO A PROBLEM. CREW ARRIVED ON VERY SHORT NOTICE, SEEMED TO GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO FIT ME INTO THE DAY''S SCHEDULE. CAME OUT WITHIN IN TWO HOURS OF PHONE CALL. DID THE ABOVE WORK AND CLEANED OUT THE VENT LINE OF NESTING MATERIAL. CHARGED ME $50.00/VENT CAGE (3) PLUS $149.00 TO REMOVE NEST ETC. CALLED THEM NEXT DAY BECAUSE THOUGHT STILL HAD BIRDS IN VENT LINE. THEY ARRIVED WITHIN 1HR. DID NOT FIND ANY BIRDS, BUT DID FIND ADDITIONAL NESTING AT THE BEND NEAR BATH FAN, WHICH WAS FOUND FROM INSIDE. I THINK $150 FOR THE THREE PLASTIC VENT CAGES IS A LITTLE PRICEY, HOWEVER, THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE SECOND VISIT. ON THE OTHER HAND, THEIR RESPONSIVENESS IS STELLAR AND SHOULD COST A LITTLE MORE. ONLY OTHER SLIGHT NEGATIVE IS I HAD TO REQUEST FOR THEM TO CAULK AROUND THE NEWLY INSTALLED VENTS. THEY WERE CONCERNED ABOUT USING A CAULK THAT MAY NOT MATCH WITH THE SIDING. ALL THINGS CONSIDERED, I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGA
