Description of Work: Removed 1 raccoon from the garage; set a trap over the spot where the 1st one entered and another was caught in the trap 2 days later and removed. He patched the hole where the raccoon entered. He informed me the wooden boards between the gutters were rotting out. Will have the wooden area repaired 1st and then have ACE return and disinfect the entire garage for me. Professional and was on time. If you need wildlife removed...call ACE Wildlife.

Description of Work: The job is not finished. The cap over the chimney was an odd size and needed to be ordered. As of July 7th, the new chimney cap has not been installed. Seems like it is taking an extraordinarily long time to finish.

Description of Work: They trapped a raccoon that had taken up residence in our chimney. A new chimney cap was put on along with some new vents on the roof to keep squirrels and chipmunks out.

Description of Work: We called this company because unfortunately we have at least 2 groundhogs living under our deck and shed in the backyard. We decided that we needed to remove them after we witnessed one of them become aggressive towards us so we called ACE. We had a past experience using them to remove some racoons that had also taken up residence under our deck and were causing problems. We were very happy with their service at that time. However our experience this time was not so good. They came and set the usual traps with bait. The cost to have them come out is $100 and $50 per animal that is trapped. After about one week we trapped a racoon. They came and took the animal away and set the same traps with bait again. For a week or so we caught nothing. We told them that we kept seeing the groundhogs intentionally avoiding the traps they had set. So again yesterday we caught yet another innocent bystander racoon. I admit that when they came to collect the racoon today I was not here, but my mother was. She again explained to them that we actually see the groundhogs avoiding the traps (smart little suckers). They told her that there was another kind of trap that could be used but it is a kill trap and anything that goes into will be killed ont the spot. My mother got the impression that they themselves were not interested in setting this type of trap so she paid them their $200 and sent them on their way. So now we are out $200 and still have groundhogs to deal with! I guess if you're looking to trap racoons than ACE is your company but if you want to catch anything else you should try another company!

Description of Work: Trap and removal of an adult groundhog, removal of 4 baby groundhogs, dug a trench and installed screening so that the animals would not return under our screened in porch. Prompt, polite, personable, knowledgable service.

INSTALLED BARRIERS TO PREVENT FUTURE INFESTATIONS. CALLED THEM ON SATURDAY, RECEIVED ESTIMATE ON MONDAY AND WORK WAS COMPLETED OVER TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY. DID SOME REPAIRS FOR NEIGHBOR AS WELL.
