Description of Work: came for the estimate and then never called back. I contacted them twice more and each time I was assured that the estimate was coming. Bottom line, if they were not interested in the job then say so. Don"t jerk me around.

Description of Work: I called this company because of a clogged drain, they came out to house within timely manner, finished the job ,my daughter paid them and thought it was done. My wife and i got home late the same night,went to bed ,when we got up in the am to shower for work our drains promptly began backing up into our laundry room. I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt even though i thought they really overcharged for service. When i called they told me that they do not guarantee drain clogs, i stated i understand but it has only been less than a day and the problem still exists,i was told if they come i would be charged again. First off they sent two guys to run a snake down my drain and charged me 120 dollars an hour for each person (one man job) charged me a fee to use the snake and also charged gas money for coming to the house. I myself went to lowes bought a snake and did the drain in 25 minutes no problems since, im not a plumber i am a nurse. I feel i was overcharged and treated unfairly, i would never recommend this company to anyone.
