 + -1 moreThe electrician was at my home less than one hour. I received a statement for three hours of labor plus a fee of $15 for mileage. They did not inform me they would charge from door to door plus add on mileage costs in addition to that. I am aware they traveled from Bridgeport to Steubenville, however, that cost is very high and NO LABOR was involved whatsoever. They only had to look at the area where a new line would be needed. I was only notified of the rate of $79 the first hour, and $69 each additional hour. Another estimate I received from TS Electric was at no costs plus their estimate was $1,500 less. When I questioned this, the supervisor told me he would not reduce the bill. I told them I felt the price was unfair being they did not tell me I would be charged travel time and mileage.They were not willing at all to reduce the bill. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

 + -1 moreOver all process went very well. The two gentlemen were very professional. Finished the job in one day. Very satisfied!
Description of Work: Relocated the meter socket to the west side of house. Installed a new 200-amp 40-circuit main breaker panel. Extended all the existing branch circuits from the old panel to new breaker panel.

 + -1 moreWe had an in-ground pool installed. They did a wonderful job, a little expensive, but did good. I called them that morning, they were here that day, worked until they got it done, were thorough and excellent, and I had to hide the bill from my husband. They did the work that the pool installer messed up. They were very nice, they worked very fast, but, I was surprised by their price. I give them high ratings and would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: They did the electrical for our in-ground pool including the heat pump and hooked it up.
