He just doesn't call back.

It took forever to get in touch with them because you have to email them. They came out and set us up on a payment plan which we were very happy with. A couple months later my husband kept noticing water in the yard. He dug down into the ground and realized that the people who installed this broke a water pipe! We have one month with them left and we told them that we would not be paying that payment because of the time that was spent on our part fixing this. Two weeks later, on the other side of our house the ground was mushy. My husband again dug up the ground and they had cut the pipe in two places and did not fix it. He emailed them about this, but we have not heard back from them. This took 2 full days to fix. The one pipe was only $.89, but we should never have had to deal with this. This was the installers mistake. If my husband didn t know how to fix this, we would have had to have paid someone to come out and fix this or had we not known at all our basement would be a mess! We haven t found anymore broken pipes, but that s not to say there aren t more. I wouldn t recommend them unless somebody can be home to watch every move they make. Their price was good.

Michael will also teach you how to adjust each sprinkler and he comes back to winterize the system. Best part of the deal was they arranged a payment plan!

Saw the crew of 2 winterizing the neighbor's system and walked over to see what he charged & if I could get my irrigation system winterized. He was very accommodating and said he would get me in (they had several others to do in the neighborhood). He was knowledgeable and helpful. Explained the system well. I appreciated the quick, on the spot service.

I had an excellent experience dealing with Michael. I called to get an estimate and he was at my house that same day. Other companies took at least a week to just return my phone calls. My final bill was exactly the same as original estimate. He kept me well informed of the process. They use top of the line ''Hunter Systems''. The quality of their work is superior. They clean up after themselves. I would recommend this company without hesitation!!
