+ -1 moreThe rep looked and saw no reason for the problem then started to make lame excuses. He said we shouldn't shower for 30 days after painting. It doesn't say that on the can. A really lame excuse. They offered new paint but when he saw we still had enough to repaint he didn't bother with replacing the paint. He didn't offer to re-imburse the painter for his time. Overall I was very disappointed in SW and will probably no-longer use their products. I felt they should have given us fresh paint to replace the other pain incase it's defective and pay the contractor for a half day's work to fix the problem.
Description of Work: We purchased one of their better paints to have our bathroom painted. The walls were clean and it was going over Sherwin Williams satin paint. A week after it was painted it started to peal. We showed the contractor and he asked when we showered the first time after it was painted. It was over 3 days as he was still worki8ng on the cabinet. He checked the wall and could see no reason for it to peal. He contacted the store who asked the same questions he did and said it was fine to paint of SW satin. It was over a week later, today.

+ -1 moreThe interior designer came to his house and helped him select paint for all the colors in his house based on light and his taste. If you buy a $75 gift card to Sherwin Williams, you get the consultation with the interior designer for free, so it was a really great deal. I highly recommend the design service!
Description of Work: They sent an interior design person to my son's house and we bought a lot of materials here.
