Mike from the Realty Store was very helpful and very accessible. He helped us every step of the way. We were able to sell our house in just 10 weeks in a down real estate market.
Description of Work: The Realty Store is a fixed price, reduced commission real estate listing service, that gives us the tools necessary to sell our home. The key thing that the Realty Store does is get your home into the MLS listing service and provide signs for in front of your home. The rest is up to you, but if you are motivated to sell and willing to price your house right, it's a great way to save thousands in commissions.
