He went above and beyond to help us through the stress of buying a house from out-of-of state. He was able to schedule a marathon house search over two days of 25 homes. He has a background in appraisal and was able to help with assessing the positives and negatives on a property for future resale. He was incredibly responsive throughout the whole process by email or call for any questions or problems. He was also able to provides lots of helpful information on the home buying process and provide referrals for other excellent professionals needed during the house buying process. Chris had the expertise to make our home buying experience almost enjoyable and highly sucessful. I had a wonderful experience with Chris Olsen and plan to use him in the future.

Olsen Ziegler Realty is, simply, the best. Chris and Julie helped us take our home from ‘OK’ to fabulous in a very short time. They introduced us to tradesmen who did an amazing job on a very tight budget, and with whom we will work on every house we purchase in future. Julie has wonderful taste, selecting all the finishes for our project and managing every detail. This was a tremendous load off of our shoulders as we prepared to move, and a service you just can’t get anywhere else. The changes they suggested allowed us to price our house $30K higher than we had anticipated, and we had a signed contract in two weeks for almost the entire asking price. This, after several houses on our street that are represented by a very prominent realtor had sat on the market for well over a year. We enjoyed our experience with Chris and Julie so much that we asked Chris to represent us in the purchase of our next home. Although it was a complicated and difficult process, Chris worked patiently to be our advocate through the process and helped us get the house we wanted at a great price! Additionally, Chris has grown and maintains a huge referral list full of only tried and true service providers – everything from title companies, to lenders, to inspectors, to contractors ,to hvac and electrical specialists. Not only does he refer several specialists in whatever area of expertise you may need, he follows up to ensure you receive great service at a reasonabe price from those he refers. If you don’t, Chris wants to know so that he can remove that service provider from his list of referrals. Chris was also a great adviser, taking into consideration every aspect of the transaction. His unique background, his even demeanor, his way of offering viable options to every situation was absolutely priceless. It was ALWAYS evident that he had my best interest in mind. Even his personal knowledge of home repairs and improvements came into play as he shared his thoughts and recommendations freely. His knowledge and use of current technology helped streamline the process as well. I have been on both sides of a real estate transaction many, many times over the last 34 years. I used to be a professional Realtor myself many years ago. So, I can say from extensive experience that Chris Olsen is the quintessential professional, a most knowledgeable individual and will definitely exceed all of your expectations. He certainly has exceeded mine!
