Description of Work: I partnered with Moore Home Remodeling to remodel my bathroom and update my bedroom and adjacent sunroom. I chose the word partner because, from the first time I met with Brent and Dianna, I felt that they would do whatever they needed to do to make my vision for the space a reality. As with any project, there were compromises and some bumps in the road. Brent was always readily available to answer my questions and work through issues. His team was professional and kept me informed of their plans and progress. Now that the project is complete, I look at my spaces and am thrilled with the results and my decision to hire Moore Home Remodeling.

Description of Work: We have used this company twice. Brent and his team completely resurfaced our plaster ceilings, replaced several interior doors, added cabinets and countertops to our bathroom and painted our ceilings. Furthermore, the second time we used Brent and his tems, he worked around a very last-minute schedule and finished all work on time. This is our go-to company for all household fixes.

Description of Work: We had recently purchased our home and noticed that the bathroom was leaking into our dining room. Moore Home Remodeling came out promptly and assessed the situation and provided us with an estimate for the necessary repairs as well as costs for items we were considering. We had the shower, tub and toilet removed and replaced because we found that water had been leaking from all three locations. The linoleum floor was also replaced with ceramic tile. The also fixed the ceiling in the dining room where the leak occurred. They were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. They were unbelievably neat and made sure that I understood each step of the remodeling process. I would definitely recommend Moore Home Remodeling.

Description of Work: Success on Angie's List can be a blessing or a curse for a company. We are looking for a quality contractor to remodel a bathroom and requested estimates from Moore Home Remodeling and one other top-rated Angie's List contractor. Brent Moore returned our call several days later than his competition. I took a vacation day off work to review the job with Brent. Several days later I received an e-mail from Brent saying he hadn't forgotten us and an estimate was coming. Over a week has passed and I have yet to receive the estimate or any other communication from Brent. We selected the other contractor. My analysis: Brent is having difficulty keeping up with the work Angie's List has generated, is fairly disorganized, and hasn't learned to say "I'm sorry, we can't handle another job right now." I have no reason to believe he wouldn't do a fine job. His business would benefit if he learns to listen/ask questions more and talk less, call back promptly, do what he says he'll do when he says he'll do it, and politely refuse work he can't handle. Back to basics!

+ -1 more360 Rehab was not only on time, they were early. Did I mention that they are CONTRACTORS? The work was completed very quickly, and they even repaired a bulging portion of plaster in my living room without being scheduled for it. Brent returns calls/e-mails promptly, and actually abides by the schedule he commits to. I will definitely be using 360 Rehab and Remodeling again.
Description of Work: Rebuilt refrigerator inset to widen it from 32'' to 37''. Rebuilt closet beside it to accommodate larger refrigerator inset. Patched bulging plaster in living room.
