called Brent to get an estimate on painting. Stopped over same day and started work within a couple of days. Brent's brother, Rodney, did all the painting and prep work. Brent did stop by in between calls to give him a hand and the work was done within 2-1/2 days. They had an unexpected railing come off the wall leading upstairs and Brent went to a hardware store and picked a lovely new railing, fixed the wall and replaced it the next day. They left everything neat and orderly each day they were here, and the paint job is absolutely gorgeous. I would recommend them to my friends and definitely use them again. They are extremely friendly and give much attention to detail.

Brent (the owner) and Dustin were always here when thy said they would be. Each job was finished on time or ahead of schedule. Each job was priced correctly or under the original estimate. Everything was finished exactly how it was originally explained to me I was updated as necessary on all projects and they cleaned up at the end of each day. They always called me back, too.

It went extremely well. He came and assessed the work that was needed. He gave me an estimate. They came and worked eight hours a day for five days a week. They completed the job within thirty days.

Brent and Dustin were prompt and professional. They ran into a few unexpected glitches with the old plumbing which caused the job to take longer than expected but the results are beautiful. This is our only bathroom and they made extra effort to make sure we were without a shower the minimum amount of time.

Brent Moore was in area, came over within the hour, fixed the broken joint in 15 minutes, and charged me only $35. He was spectacularly helpful, also interesting in conversation (he gave me some plumbing tips). Could not have been a better experience - he's top notch.

I am long overdue in writing this review, and my apologies to Brent, to whom I had promised a writeup long ago. Last summer (July/Aug 2007), we relocated from North Carolina to the Cleveland area. We found a great home in Westlake to buy. However, the carpeting in the living room and dining room was not to our liking, and we wanted to replace it with hardwood floors. We were still living in NC when I contacted Brent (because of his Angie's List reviews) via email and discussed having floors installed. His willingness to work with, and be responsive to, a remote homeowner far exceeded other companies I contacted, and I felt confident in my ability to work with him. We had selected a strand-woven bamboo flooring that he had never worked with before, but he was more than willing to try out a new product. Since we were in NC, he also agreed to receive the flooring materials we had ordered from the vendor. This resulted in unexpected stress when the shipping company failed to call ahead before attempting delivery, as they had been instructed too. However, Brent took it all in stride, and the delivery was made successfully. There were only a few days between when we closed on our new home, and when the moving van would arrive, and Brent worked over the weekend to remove the old carpeting, and install the new floors, finishing well ahead of schedule. He even moved the old carpeting into the basement for us. He checked in with us soon after we arrived in town to make sure we were happy with the work. We certainly were -- the floors looked even better than I'd expected. We referred Brent to our real estate agent. Brent later told us that the bamboo flooring was much harder on his tools than he expected (the "strand woven" bamboo product is much denser than most other hardwoods, including other bamboo floors). But stuck to his original price quote, even though with the uncertainty of working with a new material, he would have been justified in boosting the price to cover the extra wear and tear. Brent provided stellar service, was friendly, flexible, and professional. He remains our first choice for any jobs, big or small, although he's in high demand now, so it's harder to get on his schedule. Word must be getting around!

Very well. Brent arrived promptly and was done within 3 hours. I felt the painting charge was too much so I declined. Locks worked fine and he cleaned up the debris from the old door.

It went perfectly. In two weeks his men completed the job. They left the job site neat each day, and they did their finish work and painting meticulously. They were pleasant and courteous, and Brent is surely the most decent and dependable contractor there is. He is a cut above, and he protects his reputation with his sense of honor. I will absolutely hire him again.

Again, they did a great job, just as they did late last year on the original job, the kitchen island. Everything was measured perfectly and went together like a big jigsaw puzzle. All mess was cleaned up at the end. Thanks, Brent, and thank the zodiac subcontractor for us, too! Everything looks beautiful!

Mr. Moore and the MHR Remodeling team were fantastic. After contacting several other contractors prior to MHR, we received only lukewarm responses. After contacting MHR, Mr. Moore arrived the next day as promised to review what we wanted done. We found out immediately that not only is Mr. Moore a re-modeler, but he has a knack for design. He made many suggestions to us, such as keeping the original tub, changing to a acrylic vanity/counter top, brushed nickel fixtures, oval mirrors, etc. We agreed to all of his suggestions, and were very pleased with the results. Mr. Moore also suggested a diamond design pattern for the ceramic tile surrounding the tub. We agreed, and, it looks fantastic. We received Mr. Moore's estimate and contracted with MHR. The overall plan was outlined, along with a budget for all materials and labor. He and his team delivered on every suggestion, every promise, and every detail. We did not have to worry about anything. Our remodeled bathroom is outstanding!

I left a message and two phone numbers to contact me. They never called me back. If they were uninterested in my job, I wish they would have just let me know.

Brent was the ideal contractor. He communicated promptly throughout the project both by phone and by email. He understood the d cor that I wanted, and made many suggestions that supported my vision. He was clever about his work, providing insightful suggestions that saved money and improved the look of the bath. He was polite and easy to work with, and stressed repeatedly that he would not consider the job done until we were happy. He work ed at a reasonable pace, with no unexplained delays and worked around our schedule. I trusted him and his workmen in the house alone. They refused to even take a soda out of the refrigerator without my explicit permission. They swept up daily, and surprised us with a bigger clean-up at the end of the job. Requests for ongoing payments were very reasonable and timely, and he expected the final payment would not be made until the project was complete. We'd hire him again in a heart-beat and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Brent responded to our call promptly and was able to give us an estimate very quickly. We had three estimates, two very similar, but decided to go with Brent because we felt comfortable with him and he has had quite a bit of remodeling experience. We discussed everything that needed to be done and he explained everything in detail. His crew arrived each morning at about the same time and worked through the entire project until it was completed. There were no delays and everything was finished exactly when we had hoped it would be, just in time for our guests. The guys were all hardworking, pleasant, polite and thoroughly professional. They put plastic down over our carpet and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. We are very happy with our beautiful new bathroom and would enthusiastically recommend Moore Home Remodeling.

They had to take apart the porch sealing and replaced some water damaged wood and siding to replace it. They were very efficient, thorough, the job was beautifully done. They were always on time and cleaned up after themselves.

The electrical work turned out to be more extensive than originally thought, but it needed to be done. They were very, very good. I enjoyed working with them very much. They were very professional, the workers were polite and friendly. I would certainly recommend their service to anyone needing this type of work performed. Their experience and there services were perfect.

The job went very well. Redoing a kitchen does cause alot of inconvenience. Brent is very conscientious and did an excellent job in coordinating the work. He and his workers are very knowledgable. If we had questions, he was right there to provide an answer. He was also willing and worked with us to stay within our budget.

Project was completed on budget and on time, even taking into account problems that arose in the house that no one could have foreseen. Brent was very flexible and communicated quite well, I especially appreciate that he uses email as it is often the most convenient way for me to be contacted. We got to finance and purchase almost all of our own fixtures, do our own demo, painting, trim, etc. Everything (budget, work, etc.) was transparent. He and his crew were polite and accommodating.

They did a good job, attention to detail was outstanding.

The owner, Brent Moore, and two guys (Steve and Dustin) were very careful and professional. I got 3 bids and their price was fair. They did such nice work. He is very responsive whenever you call. He was very intuitive and knew exactly what I wanted. He did a lot of little things, example: the vanity came with gold knobs but because the rest of the fixtures were in brushed nickel, he went out an purchased new knobs for the vanity in the brushed nickel. Cleaned up very well after themselves. They even cleaned the floor without me asking and did the work as if it were his own bathroom. I have hired him to redo another bathroom for us.

After the flooring was laid down by the crew I noticed some bubbling patches. I called Brent Moore, the owner to let him know about the floor popping up in spots. He came out and said that he doesn't do that type of work but he will replace the whole floor at his expense because quality and workmanship is very important to him.

Brent was extremely responsive. He was very accommodating and enthusiastic about his work. We ended up using a different company however.

Brent Moore (owner of 360 Rehab) and his crew did an outstanding job. Working to a tight schedule, I reviewed the work needed with Brent and he submitted a rapid quote that met my needs. Despite some unknowns in obtaining a matching door for an expanded closet, Brent was able to start the work quickly. As with any remodeling job, surprises surfaced along the way. Brent effectively resolved each ''surprise'' quickly so the project could proceed on schedule. He and his team were flexible, resourceful, courteous, conscientious and hard working. While there were some oversights along the way, Brent and his team were always attentive to details and committed to a high quality job. The finished product met my expectations. I would definitely hire 360 Rehab and Remodeling again.

Brent Moore was a pleasure to work with, paying great attention to detail and cleanliness. He and his crew went out of their way to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. This project was your typical Murphy's Law project, due to the age of the house, and Brent went above and beyond to ensure a quality job.

Called and left message to request estimate. Never received call back so I tried again and as before, got their voice mail. A consumer shouldn't have to beg to pay for quality work, much less a return phone call.

Absolutely outstanding! We'd recommend Brent to anyone. Brent is extremely professional and has a desire to get the job done right and make the customer happy. Brent and his team are very reliable and deliver on their promises. In one word, flawless!
