Description of Work: We use the services of a woman decorator, Debbie Daniels at Leopold’s Furniture. They are doing work for us now. She is doing interior decorating for us. They are doing the bedroom and bathroom. We have gutted the bathroom. She does everything. She picks out the tile, paint color, vanity, marble, and the shower.

+ -1 moreThe manufacturer discontinued the leather for the chair we ordered - but never informed the store. When I called to find out the order status the problem was discovered. Our designer jumped on it. We chose a different leather and Nancy pushed and got the chair in 3 weeks rather than the original 6 week. So we did have to wait longer for our chair, but Leopolds kept after the manufacturer and we received a chair that was more pulled together than our original choice. The tables we then ordered arrived right on time, but our designer checked every so often to make sure the same type of delay didn't happen again.
Description of Work: We ordered a chair and the designer really helped put color and fabric together. The chair arrived and the end tables we already had just didn't seem right. So with the same designer's help (Nancy) we ordered 2 end tables that completed our new look.

+ -1 moreAnita Schwartz, the sales representative, was so helpful. She suggested certain brands that would work, helped me look through catalogs and checked on the order to see if everything would be in by the time we moved in. Everything came in perfect shape and was installed professionally.
Description of Work: We purchased a condo in the Warehouse District and needed to furnish two bedrooms. I found Leopolds (a family owned) furniture store in Brecksville. They had a great selection and at the time I visited their store the bedroom furniture I selected was 1/2 off. I purchased a queen set for one room and a king for the other.
