They were very courteous and diligent.

Terry really knows what he is doing, he was so in demand, he was a little hard to pin down, and had to pushback the original time, but was able to get the job done.

High quality work that was easy to schedule. Both Terry and his assistant were kind and courteous of both residents and property, worked at a reasonable speed and has excellent pricing.

Plumber spent 1.5 hours of billable time drilling a hole through tile in the wrong place (into a cold air return). $600 was far to much to pay to run 15 ft of gas line through an unfinished basement ceiling.

Good price, compared to some of the others who wanted twice as much!!

They were GREAT !!! They came after we made appointments with two companies who both canceled our appointments only to have Both want to reschedule us for days later because they had emergency calls to go to instead of coming to our emergency!!!! after we wanted 4 days in the total cold for them to come fix, the gas lines in our home this company said they would come and they did it took them to days to find all the leaks and they did not leave us hanging and actor they fixed the gas line we found a problem with the furnace and the sent someone out within the hour and got it up and running I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY THEY GAVE A GOOD PRICE AND DID NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US!!!!!!!

Terry is very personable and easy to work with. After installing the water heater he asked us to come look at it and answer any questions..He cleaned up the area.

He explained what I need to do and followed his instructions and it drains like brand new

installed hot water tank, fast,professional,a good experience.

Excellent, knowledgeable, polite, kind, and extremely helpful. Had 2 outside drains clogged. He quickly determined the problem, cleared them completely, and was very reasonable. He comes when needed and ensures the job is complete. Others offered to charge me three times his rate. I highly recommend this ethical pro. You d be foolish to even try anyone else. I now have him on speed dial for any future plumbing needs.

I received a call from the office just a few minutes after requesting service. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and gave me a quote to replace my water heater. She said someone would be out that same day around 2 pm. The serviceman actually was even about 20 minutes early which was great. He was very nice and a very hard worker. He replaced my water heater and took the old one away. He had everything done in a little over an hour.

Terry called me in the morning and had the water heater installed by early afternoon the same day. He and his partner delivered the new unit, removed the old unit, and even replaced a gas pipe valve. The space in the basement was dark and tight but they got it done. His price was comparable to other quotes I received. I would definitely recommend Terry the Plumber.

The quote I received was within the Home Advisor price range for this area. He was able to start right away and did a great job.
