"We replaced the original roof on our house. I expressed my concerns about re-installation of the lightening rods to my roofer. We have had at least three direct hits since they were originally installed in 2013. My roofer called William who was very helpful. William offered to come out an make sure everything was 100% after re-installation. He came the day after I called and I'm glad he did. While the reinstall was the best he had seen (his words) there were issues after 5 year and 3 strikes that needed addressed. He fixed those and now I have a new roof and I am certain the lightening rods will work as intended. Highly recommend this company."

Completed the work in less than a day with little intrusion into my at home activities. One thing I would add is I wish they had spent a little more time explaining the controls and operation. "30 minutes before my set appointment I was called and notified that they had an emergency at the job prior to me and they wouldn't me out until the following Monday at 9am first thing. My appointment was on Thurs 3pm-6pm. Needless to say the serviceman came out at 1130am. Turned out my grandson overloaded a circuit and it kept tripping the breaker. So needless to say work was not needed at this time. Unsure if they would be my first choice for a more serious job."
