+ -1 moreAfter a very unsuccessful experience the other animal removal company I called Miami Valley Animal Control and spoke to Brian Magee to describe my squirrel problem. Brian sounded like an expert on the call and came the same day to suvrey the site and provide his quote. He had explained he was on his way to another customer but wanted to take a look and be prepared for the next morning. Since we had already set a trap in the attic he said he would take a look and rebait if necessary. Here is where he excelled in providing outstanding customer service....we had indeed caught a red squirrel in our trap. Without being on the and quot;clockand quot; he took our cage with the squirrel to dispose of it and set one of his own traps in the attic with his bait...no charge. The next morning he came with our trap and reset it and took his to the area found to be the entry point on the roof and set it also. Withing the next couple of day he caught two more and our problem solved. I had the entry points sealed the problem solved permanently.
Description of Work: We had a red squirrel bore a hole in a gutter where he made access into the facia board and was lucky enough to spot him one day going in. It was pretty nervewracking hearing that little devil knawing on the wood inside the house but could not get him. I had hired another animal control company and found them to be both inept and a quite a bit arrogant. It appeared what they really wanted to do was sell add on services for screening and repair and did not do an adequate job of find the entrance point of the problem squirrel. What they did was find a "possible" site and baited a trap to catch every squirrel that would jump on the roof except the red problem one. So they would catch and release frequently leaving caught squirrels in the cage overnight making a racket trying to get out. Also, they would not trap inside the attic (which is where we caught 2 of the 3 caught)
