Very responsive. When you call someone about an air conditoner in the summer you appreciate responsiveness. I had first called someone else but they dragged their feet. All personnel wereprofessional and pleasant.

Woke to cold house, called another contractor from Angie's list, even before trying repair the furnance said I needed a new furnance which was odd & looked at other reviews of that company and it seemed to their m.o. (had reviews describing a word for word sales lines). So called United Home comfort, they fit me in, technician came and got our furnance working and offered a new furnance package I couldn't refuse. They came early and installed a new furnance in 5-6 hrs, no major issues. Technicians were knowledgeable and answered all my questions about future upgrades. Very happy

It went great. For starters they made a same day appointment for me which no one else I called could do. My technician Steve was very professional and very courteous. I would definitely use this company again

The first serviceman did not complete work included in the deal. After contacting the company they sent another serviceman who completed the work.

They came the same day that I called them to look over the problem. They ordered the new motor and returned the next day to install it. Overall they did a great job at a fair price. I would use them again.

Despite issue with being able to service my home still gave helpful tips and suggestions. Advised to call Angie's list to resolve issues. The Angie's List team as quick to find a contractor in my area for my needs

I purchased the deal one evening, and called to schedule the service call the next morning. The repairman came that afternoon, ordered the parts and had them here and fixed the blower motor and capacitor on the furnace so our AC would work. We are very pleased with the service and promptness.

They're just excellent. They're so professional. They put little things on their feet so they don't get your floor dirty and that's a plus. They're conscientious and they're always on time. If they're running late, they give you a call and say sorry. I never ever had any issues with this company at all.

Tiny crawl space and an old house with lots of oddities in the structure. I was extremely sick with frozen pipes and no running water. I called at 8:45 before they were even open, they were so nice and made time to get to my house within just an hour!

We have had several major appliances die soon after purchasing our first home. United Home Comfort has had the opportunity to replace two of them for us, our air conditioner and water heater. They were always very professional, punctual, and friendly. Our Furnace has been on the fritz since moving in. However, since we own two fireplaces we opted not to fix the furnace at this time. United Home Comfort found out about it and decided to give us a Christmas gift and fix the furnace for free. I can't tell you how flattered, speechless, grateful, and overwhelmed we were by their gift. We had previously used someone else to take a look at our furnace when we first moved in. Over the span of a year, with several different appointments, the other company was not able to discern the problem. We are so glad we switched to United Home Comfort, because in the very first visit, their expertise far outranked the other company we had used. They assessed the problem, ordered the appropriate part, and fixed it. When our furnace does truly kick the bucket, we know exactly who we'll be calling to replace it. Everyone should drop who they are currently using for their plumbing and heating and go with United Home Comfort. Customer service AND experts in their field = PRICELESS.
